Unfortunately, Dana never wanted this fight to happen. I think GSP would have fought Khabib the same way he fought Matt Hudges the second time by staying in the centre, and moving clockwise with the jab, leg kicks and try to time a head kick. And Khabib would have fought GSP the same way he fought Gaethje by moving in and out, putting pressure with a high pace and mix it up, and go for the takedowns against the fence...

I thought Ortega won round 1 and 5. The fight was fireworks :-)
1
@TimeGallon Ortega won round 1 and 5 based upon damage, aggressive approach, effective punches and octagon control... The first round was one of those rounds that were close and difficult to score...
1
Scott was awesome in Wrath of Man , gotta do more villain roles, good man. Imagine Clint on this podcast...
1
Really nice seeing Jerome here again. It is what it is now that he is the BMF champ
1
Tyson enjoyed life, good man.

@marinocabrera4141 Wilder isn't the hardest puncher of all time. He has just been promoted that way. His biggest ko win is a 40 year old Ortiz, and the other opponents were too stationary and not even average... He wouldn't have had so many ko's if he had fought in any other era besides the Klitschko era, which also was very weak...
1
Gotta appreciate the Steven Seagal head kick. Islam is the best. Why doesn't Rogan explain how Alex was winning the fight and it was an early stoppage?!?
1
@Holisync Rogan has always been bias towards Alex, therefore, I was expecting him to make some excuses for him. Rogan has literally convinced most of his fanbase that Alex won their first fight, which was lame and a bad thing to do towards Islam who needs to be given his flowers as well.

Anyone think that Conor may have hurt his foot by the upkicks from the ground and leading up to the guillotine choke before that and what happened on the ground??? It's all combined... He basically used the same gameplan when he fought Nate in the rematch, which he shouldn't have done this time because it would have been smarter to fight for 5 rounds instead of being too aggressive and too emotional and try to finish early against someone like Dustin who will be there for 5 rounds...
1
He didn't take the loss against Nate well, only was humbled for a short time... Literally made big framed photos of Nate getting punched inside his gym, and then other things later on with throwing the water bottles and other tactics. At the end, nobody wants to lose.
1
@cosmiccomedy7394 Well, he was also humble after the Floyd and the second Dustin fight as well, but that changed like he always does...
1
Sad story and it's a shame. They should make a movie about his dad because he got a really interesting life story...
1
The best to ever do it amongst my favorite fighters are Harry Greb, Willie Pep, Len Wickwar and Ray Robinson... They all had combined over 1300 fights!!! Ali, Joe Louis and Jack Dempsey are on my list as well...
1
Always a lot of pressure at the top but I always thought he would handle it with ease. Usman staying in an ortodox stance during the whole fight was stupid of Trevor Wittman when Edwards has had trouble with southpaws during the standup in his winning streak...
1
Remembering Tony Hawk's PS1 game now, never tried skating besides playing the game, and I hope somebody makes the Back to the Future 2 flying skateboard.
1
Gotta appreciate her for not being media shy :-)
1
Rogan needs to save a big mustache upon his return to the next UFC event...
1
They need to make a TV show about Francis' life journey. A shame that he got robbed against Fury because he deserved to win the WBC belt. Disappointed by his gameplan and approach against Joshua but he overachieved anyway. Just hope he returns with fireworks again.

Hey, finally got The Undertaker on this podcast :-)
1
Been waiting for someone to say joe hogan.
1
This is so lame. Can't even trust these punching machines. Francis punches harder. Different genes, mechanisms and overall power. If Tyson, Shavers and Foreman had punched the stupid machine, they might have broken it our maybe shown less results for some weird reasons. Testing the power on the chin and body of another heavyweight is another level stuff.
1
Usman has supreme confidence, especially during his winning streak, so that explains how he fought, behaved and what he said during his title reign. Gotta appreciate him being an active champion the time he was the champ.
1
Both Valentina and Amanda are amongst my favorite fighters. They could fight every 5-6 months, just too good for this era... Valentina should consider moving down to 115 and become the double champ...
1
Hi everyone, how are you guys dealing with the coronavirus in different parts of the world? Take care...
1
Rampage actually made a visit to Rogan after all the talk about not doing it amongst the politics from the UFC, which is nice to see at least.
1
Beautiful right hand hooks and uppercuts by Tyson :-)
1
After the last time several years ago, I really wanted Gibson to make a return and talk about his life and career, which is always intriguing and fun.
1
A really good one, I hope things work out for Rafael and his health gets well, it makes him winning the belt much more impressive after hearing his story.
1
Brilliant movie. Only negative was Riddler's short role, he should have gotten more than 5 minutes of screen time...
1
Jean finally saying "joe hogan".
1
Great to see Tony Stark/RDJ finally on this podcast. He should come back more often.
1
Can't believe that people slept on ruiz, good man, don't get fooled by people having muscles, what matters is that you can fight. Rematch gonna be awesome.
1
@mittendemon4493 Lol. The most difficult era being a heavyweight was during the late 60s and the 70s... An old Holmes and Foreman in their 40's went the distance against Holyfield and actually won rounds. Lewis got ko'd against McCall and Rahman in his prime, and they're no Ali, Liston, Foreman, Holmes, Norton, and etc...
1
Rogan needs to get Fury and Wilder back on his podcast, and try to get them both on together. That would have been something. Gotta appreciate both fighters :-)
1
Eddie saving the day, he must bring tony ferguson with him next time.
1
They gotta make a movie about Daryl and his encounters with kkk, interesting stuff.
1
Stephen always so positive, good man. Imagine having a neighbour like that :-)
1
Nick was brilliant :-)
1
Nice to see Rashad here, interesting conversations and topics.
1
It would have been so awesome just to meet GSP and train with him for some minutes...
1
Nice that Joe is using the studio that made the Star Wars and Marvel series...
1
I knew Jamahal was gonna get the job done. Been Knockout champ and now the UFC champ with his boxing similar to Golden Gloves type...
1
This was a good one, "joe hogan".
1
Such a shame that two legends got killed for nothing and those who did it are garbage people...
1
Was fun to watch Jiri. Hilarious how this started as something philosophical with deep meanings from Jiri and went onto Rogan's rant about weight cuts, rules, private parts and taking over the conversations most of the times. Jiri wanting to test his will against his opponents and evolve all the time is intriguing and what everyone should do in combat sports and life in general.
1
Remember watching Full House and America's funniest home videos during the 90s while eating oranges and clementines, good, old days...
1
rogan and hardy should do commentary together
1
This is gonna be fireworks, good man :-)
