ME ME ME ME ME ME, I just had bacon and eggs again with lamb, for dinner. I eat bacon so frequently it's laughable, almost with every meal except of course fish. It's lovely. It makes all meat meals taste better. There are nitrates in vegetables. Vegans never believe that one.

Interresting. That would explain why the further we are from the equator the lighter our skin becomes. The more receptive our skin is to the sun for vitamin D.

Milk shouldn't be on that list. The lactose would be too much sugar for the keto diet and should be replaced by cream. Totally agree with the rest.

Thank you doctor, you actually explained why I'm so allergic to anti-oxidants. I knew I was seriousely sencitive to salicylates and my doctor put me on (you know what) and I broke out so badly. Now I understand why.

I should think that people eating such an enormous amount of fruit would have a hard time keeping their teeth with all that sugar.

@goodstuffpastreno Where do you get you infromation from? One eyed. There are thousands of doctors on line that are promoting the ketogenic diet and I mean THOUANDS. So get off your one eyed horse.

We should stop growing those those oils for factories to produse and allowing animals instead to graze on grass instead. Those seeds are no good for man or beast.

There are two things I've learned in my long life. 1. Animal fat is far better for us. Butter and lard all the way. If you're a vegan coconut oil OK. 2. You don't need any if you live with an air fryer. They're cheap, they work superbly, they keep the kitchen really clean and even if you had to buy one, once every year, you'd save money.

Vegan doctors always say fat and meat cause fatty liver and type 2 diabetes but they can't explain how whisky and gin does the same thing.

The problem is; how do you get them to sit down long enough to understand what's being said. Someone even on a high sugar diet aren't in a condition to listen to this.

@thetruth495 Perhaps you should learn that cholesterol goes up with the amount of fat you eat, not your hair colour or blood pressure. Vegan cholesterol is extremely low, especially if they never eat anything except vegetables. I on the other hand take more care of my brain as it's two thirds fat, along with much of my body and skin, and the bile is made of cholesterol. Sorry if you didn't know that. Perhaps you should learn the new studies on it instead of the studies done by the likes of Ancel Keys who killed off rabbits with meat. Did you know they're vegan?

That would clearly depend on how it's made. Do you know if it's made in a factory? If it is, leave it where it where it is.

@HoangNguyen-wg1bf Mind your own. There are a lot of people who are really affected by the toxins that are natural in vegetables. They can and do make many people very ill. I for one was made extremely sick for many years before an immunologist took them out of my diet. Salicylates etc. A lot of people can be very sensitive to them and not even know why they're ill. Arthritis, breathing problems, mental dullness, many problems that can effect any part of the body, even skin and hair.

Well, I'm seventy-two and so far my glucose level is between 3.8 and 4.2 so, somehow, I can't see me ever getting Type2 or even cancer, I hope.

We don't try to use it as food anymore, we use it as a drink, and for my part I would have it first instead of cola-cola, or orange juice. It's certainly better than water, it's tastes better than all three, especially from the fridge as long as it hasn't been doctored with flavours and colours or sweeteners. Give me milk anyday.

@HarvardBob No, I'm not a new veiwer, but I must admit this time I did open my mouth before I let him finish speaking. I do prefer to hear about food rather than sitting and thinking. I did the same as you. I was a very sick person twenty five years ago and have spent all this time learning how to improve my health with some success. Nice hearing from you.

And where do you get sustainable palm oil when it's grown all over Malaysia and they're using child labour. Where the palms aren't being grown the rest of the country is used as a rubbish dump by other countries.

Well they say that if you don't have a gall bladder you can't do on the keto diet but I lost weight on it fast and I don't have a gallbladder. If you have trouble with losing weight without a gallbladder see a specialiast.

@george3737 So does vegetables, without the sugar. Fruit isn't necessary in fact it can be really dangerous. Fruit isn't as bad as cookies bread and cakes, all consedered vegan.

@george3737 The wrong type of fat. Fat is great for people, our brain is half fat, we need it desperately and so do our nerves but if eaten with all those carbs in cookies is just fattening.

I would be extremely careful if I were you. I don't know how you can stay keto and eat fruit. I would give you another suggestion. Eat only one meal a day if possible and make it a morning meal, a heavy one and drink your coffee with cream or butter for the rest of the morning. Leave the rest of your day empty except water if possible. I wish you good luck and this works for you. I'm curious however, what type of fruit your're eating as all fruit has fructose in it. Some far more than others. On keto you should only eat berries and only about a hendful a day.

I don't think they've stopped putting colourings into things like pills and capsules. That's exactly how they recognize the damned things. It one of the reasons medication is so bad for us.

@goodstuffpastreno You have to cut back on the fat or you will just pour the fat down the toilet. It won't hurt you, it won't make you fat again but you'll be wasting you're time eating as much. That's the only difference. I hope this is understandable. You know you're eating too much when you're poo floats. Happy New Year.
