  5.  @richardpetty9159  Well your logic states you squeeze everything out of food that it's impossible do so. If you do that with meat, you'd end up with what might look like a lump of rope. Would you eat that? How much energy would you get out of that. How much in the way of nutrients? Less than sugar. You have a strange idea of logic my young friend. We can't remove what we're made of. It would be like draining the blood and surviving without it.

  8. Not only is plant meat helping to destroy the land but the machinery and toxins are killing off the insect population very fast too. We can't grow plants without insects. Bees are down 40% because of modern farming. We can't afford to lose them. We can't fertilize our own plants.

  9. It improves everything: If you want to find out if food is making you sick... Stop eating everything except meat and white fish. See what happens to your body. You'd be surprised. If you can't find why you're sick, or you're constantly on pills because your doctor hasn't cured you, your diet may well be the cause. I discovered at the age of forty that vegetables have chemicals (natural chemicals) that some people cannot tolerate and they can make you ill.

  11. It is requently stated these days that red meat is no good for us but, that's precisely what we're made of. How or why would it harm us. Also fat, our brain is mostly fat and cholesterol also every cell in our body is the same but they're exactly what is deminized by the big business people who want us to eat the sugary junk in the supermarkets. 🍌🌽🥞🍉

  15. I'm sorry Doc, this is where we disagree.. Nowhere in the planet does the human ever primarily eat fruit. Nowhere does fruit or, did fruit ever grow all year round, so it was impossible.

  18. 90% of fast food is already just carbohydrates. The meat is wrapped in bread, the chicken is wrapped in a thick layer of breadcrumbs and something you can't recognize. The fish is also wrapped in batter or breadcrumbs so you can't find what you bought. Then everything else is oily potato chips and cookies or ice cream and coke.

  19. Green vegetables have some carbs. Only very few but not enough to wory about. All fruit have carbs. A lot more than greens.

Everyone can eat, not everyone can move better and not everyone can sit still and just think nice thoughts. Why didn't you talk about what to eat instead?

  27. Being seriousely salicylate sensitive I can't even eat pears without getting a reaction to them, so, I'll stick to my steaks. Salicylates are chemicals in all vegetable matter and can do a lot of harm to a lot of people. Trouble is, not many doctors know anything about them so they end up giving people pain killers instead.

  33. I don't think kids can get rashes or anything else from something you say is sterile. The chances are it's more likely from the flavoured milks or other crap foods and junk they're fed. Milk won't harm them.

  44. I'm seventy and get plenty of sleep because I don't have to answer to anyone but I can't keep a specific time of day, or night. It seems I fall asleep at all times, even in the morning through the day and stay awake all night. I can't control the hours. I wish I could, my sleep controls me.

  46. I've been keto for twenty odd years and got a little weak recently, bought a packet of dates. To my horror, I gained a whole kg in just a few days. I couldn't resist the dates. I shan't be buying another pack.

  47. You're not looking at the big picture. If the man wasn't on booze or bad diet or over feeding on sugarladen foods then he might not behave that way in the first place. This behaviour didn't happen a hundred years ago nearly as much as it does now, but our food wasn't loaded with drugs and sugar back then.
