  3.  @NuManFatin  Charles Walker, executed 1990. White. James P. Free, Jr., excuted 1995, White. I could go on. Illinois has executed 12 people since 1977. I couldn't find race or pictures of most of them, but it looks like most were White.

  4.  @NuManFatin  The relevance is those were easier to find and more recent. Also, you're either mistaken or lying. Look at "Executions in Cook County Illinois" About half are White. I think a little over half, but I didn't count.
