  2. Yo kris, another great video. I agree with focusing on yourself more which I will do starting tomorrow. Also I have a competition with a colleague about running 15 km at the end of the year. So starting tomorrow I'll focus all my time on fitness and my business so I'll read and apply the things in it.

  5. I'm also going through this at the moment... I work a low pay 9 to 5 but I'm also looking for a side job bartending (the bar is in my street) but my motivation to work out and work on my business is low due to negative friends and due to the fact I relapse too fricken much... If I had more drive and motivation I would've build a good foundation for it. But it'll come eventually

  6. It's like doing a dopamine detox. You can work out, work, work on your business but you do not use social media whatsoever unless it's for your business. Basicly you need to make a sacrifice in order to achieve something in life.
