Had Astra Zeneca signed a contract with Australia that obliged them to make "their best efforts" to deliver a certain quantity of vaccines to Australia, then, with Astra Zeneca being behind the schedule, had they tried to ship vaccines made in Australia to a third party, Australia could, and in all likelyhood would, have blocked the shipment.

As for the supposed related deaths, only of that batch at least 50.000 doses had been administered, and there had been 2 deaths that maybe had been related to the vaccine. Mortality rate 1/25.000. That means that, even assuming those deaths being really related to the vaccine, and even assuming all the batches of Astrazeneca vaccine to be equally "dangerous", by vaccinating THE ENTIRE ITALIAN POPULATION with it, there would be 2500 vaccine - related deaths. Covid-19 kills more people in ten days.
