Fix what specifically?

I've seen diesel's go into thermal runaway. Plenty of smoke but no fire. That explosion wasn't down to the diesel for sure.
9
😂😂yeh, new technology is always just around the corner. Like hanging a carrot 6 inches from a donkeys nose.
9
@billydog1954 it's you that has no understanding. All you've done is spout mainstream media bs.
8
@evfactsnotliesplease you actually typify the average EV advocate. You people have absolutely no idea of anything that goes on outside of the tiny bubble you live in.
8
@freedomforever6718 These are mostly people who have a TV between their ears.
8
Oh and just to add. 500kw charging? Where are you going to find that supply just for one car even? Get real. You people are living in a fictional fantasy land.
8
Might have been the safe and effective (?).
7
Or, get one when someone else has burnt thousands of dollars. Not me though.
7
I've got complete faith in them. They never let me down when it comes to lies and propaganda. They have a 100 percent solid record.
7
@tedmoss Anyone that starts a sentence with 'as a very intelligent...', usually isn't. Real intelligent people are usually more modest. You seem to be the archetypal example of what I'm saying.
7
You need to get out of the mainstream media and learn about what's really going on in the world. I'm from the UK and know more about what's been going on in Australia more than most Australians.
7
@redbaron6805 face the facts here. If It wasn't for government mandates and legislation to ban ice cars, there wouldn't be a single organisation that would invest in and manufacture EVs. Governments are the only thing driving it. EV manufacture wouldn't be able to survive in a free market economy. Same as renewable energy.
7
@SeraiNephthys Ending private car ownership has been the goal of the w e f for some years now.
7
@OmegaZyion yes, indeed. 100 percent true.
7
@AlzhinSon use due diligence and do your own research.
6
😂😂 some may not see the humour in your comment. This is a classic comedy line with the evangelists.
6
Precisely! Just what I was going to say.
6
@adelarsen9776 Thanks and to you also. You've made a wise choice and like me, we don't fall for the mainstream narrative. Do you watch Dr Shawn Baker by any chance?
6
@001dieselman yeh you're not comparing numbers though are you. Besides, here in the UK, car fires are very rare. No surprise in the US where everything is built like shite.
6
Not just that but they're serious about stopping the sale of ice cars by 2030. However, I think labour will be gone well before then.
6
@chrishart8548 people who haven't got £3k and a car?
6
@terryquarton2523 what has that got to do with anything? It was for a completely different reason. Strikes, because it was state run.
6
@simoncrooke1644 maybe she means it's being weaponised, by governments, which is the entire purpose of electrifying everything. It's about control by creating a single power source and creating scarcity. There's absolutely no doubt this is what it's about.
6
@williammeek4078 how can it make you more independent when you have to rely on an already strained grid. Thing is that it is about control because what you've stated is exactly what they want and that's a single source of energy. Somehow I can't imagine a world with all of the billions of batteries required and the disposal of them. There's absolutely nothing wrong with hydrocarbons (that have nothing to do with fossils). It's about forcing scarcity on people. Scarcity of energy and food. That's how people are controlled. People need to wake up to things like agenda 2030, the United nations SDGs, the WEF, WHO, 15 minute cities, the climate scam and all these nefarious organisations working against us to remove our freedoms. EVs are all part of the control grid.
6
I dont know how these cars get through type approval. Every country has its own regulations but it would appear that not one has refused to approve these fly by wire designs. Ut all sounds so good in theory but if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
5
@Acemeistre In many instances they're far more expensive.
5
How, in Gods name can you build an infrastructure that can supply 200 kilowatts to more than a handful of cars? Here in the UK the average house uses between 10 to 15 kwh a day and the peak load will never be more than 10 to 15kw for a short period. The main incoming fuse is rated at 100 amps which is 24kw and no one ever surpasses that unless there's a fault and even then those rarely blow.
5
@chrissmith2114 now that's interesting. No wonder why they changed it.
5
@scaryfakevirus yeh I couldn't see it either when I looked. My comments end up like that all the time. I see your comments on almost every channel I follow even UKC extra so I know we're on the same page.
5
@overthetip seriously, would you drive an EV through a ford deep enough that would take in water in an ice vehicle?
5
@steve_is_my_name my car isn't particularly economical but it's got a 100 litre tank. If I drove it really sensibly on a long distance I could get 800 miles out of it but that's not the real world.
5
I don't think it could carry the enormous amount of water needed.
5
@philipbrown9006 if there are independent candidates which you like their policies then yes but even then you have to be careful as what happens is mainstream politicians leave the party, become independent only to carry on the same as before. It's a sleight of hand to make you think they're independent. They're not all like that but you have to be wary.
5
The mayor of Manchester was recently at a wef meeting outlining plans of how to reduce private car travel and increase public transport. I thought mayors were supposed to represent the people of the city.
5
@DoubtingThomas-mx8sl he blames everything on social media. Calls everything conspiracy theories only because he doesn't see it on the tv
5
Not only that but there's only so much energy you can push down a wire without having to replace it with one of higher capacity. If you took all the energy expended in hydrocarbons and calculated that in watts then add that to the electricity supply, somehow I don't think it could cope.
4
@melissasmess2773 yeh double the current because it's half the voltage though I know they use 220 on things like aircon. UK on average use 12 to 15 kWh a day. We pay on average £0.25 kWh. It's double what it was a few years ago.
4
Its not the first time the EPA have come up against the courts for trying to impose regulations when they dont have the power to.
4
@practicalguy973 yeh my answer wasn't really clear. It might have given the impression I'd only buy a new one when I really meant EVs aren't for me. I tow a caravan with an SUV and nothing battery operated could replace that and I no longer need a second car. I like diesel power and that suits me. I don't believe EVs are the future and if they don't completely fail, they'll be a niche market. We're screwed though if they do carry out their intention to stop manufacturing ICE cars but I also don't think that'll happen.
4
@Audioremedy0785 you're the only one embarrassing yourself in these comments.
4
Wait for it. You'll soon hear they found some novichok on the substation padlock.
4
@gerbre1 what's an experienced EV driver? Are you an inexperienced ice and are ice drivers inexperienced EV drivers? What an odd statement.
4
@adelarsen9776 yes, Dr Ken Berry is an absolute stalwart. Love this guy. Funny but years ago back in my younger days when I fell for the mainstream narrative in many ways, I always ate the fat, always used butter and always said to my wife to never buy low fat anything. She used to tell me off when I ate the fat but now she often humbly reminds me by saying 'you were right'! I've got 2 ribeyes ready for this evening!
4
Much like yourself and your comment then, especially if the comments and not the content are the only reason you're here.
4
@TomCevica yet you're here on every video commenting. You need to grow up.
4
@scaryfakevirus yeh that's what I meant. I'm used to semiconductor speak and got a bit confused.
4
@overthetip yeh I definitely wouldn't risk submerging all those batteries, waterproof or not. Anyway, no car is designed to be submerged under 2 feet of water.
4
@SkepticalUSVeteran A well reasoned response.
4
I buy coffee beans from a wholesaler and a couple of years ago I bought 2 boxes, 6 in a box. I paid around £8 a kilo. They're the lavazza red label. They're now £14. Almost doubled.
