  10. @ what are instantaneous? Not earthquakes, faults rip at aroun 6- 10km/s. Nukes are a little faster, but not instant. Fission neutrons are pretty slow. Fusion neutrons are faster, but not one foot per nanosecond, which is the speed limit.
