  5.  @geoh7777  You are most decidedly not an expert. In fact spreading your misinformation is totally irresponsible. The ignorance one finds on the internet is frankly astounding. The USSR collapsed completely. No exaggeration. Russia is now a capitalist country. Putin is not a lifelong president. Guess you missed the amendments to the Russian constitution approximately a year and half ago (don't remember the exact date). Putin is the first to promote the changes in Russia. He belonged to the KGB, just as individuals in the US belong to the CIA. Hammer and sickle, the mark of the USSR, is no longer used in the Victory Day Parade or anywhere else. Still remains in some former USSR countries on Soviet ruins. Stalin purged most of the Soviet top officers, sent them to the Gulag, where most perished. Of course, they venerate Soviet top officers who are still alive. They fought in WW2, during which the USSR lost approximately 27 million people in a long, extremely bitter war against Germany. They were, in case you don't know, allies of the UK and the U.S. Lenin's tomb is retained, because it is part of Russia's history. Unlike the West these days, they have the maturity to view it in the context of a significant part of Russian history, not the present. I can assure you that modern Russian bomber aircraft are nothing like the Soviet bombers. There were reports about the Russian military jets flying close to US airspace. Not sure if they are true or not. If the stories were featured on CNN et al, they are probably not true. Nevertheless, if they are not in US airspace, they have every right to be there. Frankly, the US is lucky that Russia/Putin have been so calm about the threats from the US. (1) US interference in Ukraine (Maidan Coup) against Russia. (2) US accusations re Trump/Russia collusion -- complete fabrication originated by Hillary Clinton. (3) US interference in Crimean vote in favor of Russian administration. (4) US sanctions against Russia in connection with lies about Russian hacking of DNC (admitted a lie by Crowdstrike). (5) False narrative about Trump having nefarious communications with the Alfa Bank. Now completely debunked through European court case and other evidence. (6) Attempted interference in Russia Nord Stream pipeline to Europe. I suggest you read "The Gulag Archipelago." Start learning about Soviet Russia/USSR. Moscow and Saint Petersburg are two of the most beautiful cities in the world, filled with incredible architecture, art, music, dance, theatre and literature. People are free and can travel and work anywhere (unlike during the USSR). Private enterprise and business are the engines of the Russian economy. Putin is incredibly popular, because he's smart, extremely well informed, empathetic, loves Russia, and creates policy for the benefit of the people. Most importantly, he has created stability, so people support and vote for him.

  48. Drain the Swamp: Term limits in house and senate Banish third-party paid lobbying. Restrictions on financial dealings of elected officials and their families, friends and business associates. Embedded caps on government spending and borrowing. When the caps are reached government must downsize. Disburse federal government across the country versus concentration in Washington. Term limits for top civil servants. All government meetings to be audio-visually recorded and concurrently stored in an independent data storage facility, managed by a sworn apolitical head, with reasonable public access to information. Criminal offense to conduct government business on non-approved, private equipment. Low, flat-rate tax system. Banish political donations from, and government funding of, NGOs. Qualifying degrees, including economics, finance and business, and exams for political candidates. Revamp schools and universities to eliminate tenure, banish teachers' unions, re-introduce meritocracy, make political indoctrination of students a criminal offense, dramatically reduce the number of universities, establish trades colleges with business partnerships. Improve academic standards to improve knowledge and sophistication of voters. Lying about political opponents or their accomplishments, or a politician lying about his/her accomplishments, a criminal offense. Online, encrypted federal voting system with voting accounts for living citizens that are only accessible for one-time voting on election day, with a combination of passwords and facial configurations, eliminating all mail-in ballots. Revamp healthcare to focus on health above disease.
