Really dangerous to confirm someone who does not take into consideration mores all over the world at the time when the constitution was written, attempting to attach the mores of today on that constitution. I believe her approach would be to ignore the constitution. The constitution is being added to all the time through court cases and precedents. Certainly the writers of the constitution did not have the knowledge of future science (E=MC Squared vs a god, for example); however, they did not define "god," so the constitution under god could be thought of as under any individual interpretation of god (the goodness of religion). I personally believe in the right to practice one's own religion with caveats. Freedom of religion should not absolve abuses carried out under religion (demeaning, separating and discriminating against women, for example). Free religion and the creation of the world in six days should not take precedence over the creation of the universe over 14 billion years, and frankly the believe in a six-day creation is counterproductive. Religion too must evolve.

They did not want his plans for the intelligence community to come to fruition, thereby exposing the ineptness and corruption within the US intelligence community. General Flynn had done absolutely nothing wrong, but the decision in that meeting was passed on to the FBI that went to work on one of the most shameful smearing campaigns in US history, hoping to kill two birds with one stone: destroy General Flynn and get rid of President Trump.

During her failed presidential race, Hillary Clinton fabricated a lie about Trump/Russia collusion to detract from her email scandal. That is a fact. How do we know? John Brennan, head of the CIA at the time, briefed Obama about it. That briefing has been released to the public. Hillary Clinton then funded a false dossier to back up her lies. How do we know? Her laundered funds have been traced from the DNC, through her dodgy law firm, Perkins Coie, to her smear agents, Fusion GPS, who were working with a former British spy Christopher Steele to create the false dossier. How do we know it was false? The prime source, Igor Danchenko, a suspected Russian spy, who worked for the ultra-left think tank, the Brookings Institute, told us so in sworn testimony under FBI questioning and from documentation in the Alfa Bank court case in Europe. Also affidavits from the same case have proven that the named sub-sources had absolutely nothing to do with the dossier. The false dossier was then used to defraud the FISA Court to obtain warrants to spy on innocent Americans in an attempt to obtain dirt on President Trump. No dirt was obtained. How do we know? From direct testimony of the incidents from the targeted individuals. A second lawyer, Michael Sussman, has been indicted for lying when he provided false information to the FBI and another agency supposedly linking the Trump Campaign to the Alfa Bank. The Alfa Bank just won its court case against Christopher Steele who has been ordered to pay huge sums to two plaintiffs. On Jan. 5, 2017, Obama, Biden et al held a meeting at the White House, during which they plotted to frame an innocent man, knowing he was innocent, and set their plot in motion. His name is General Flynn. He had done nothing wrong. They wanted to get rid of him as National Security Advisor, because he had plans to overhaul the intelligence community, as well as knowing too much about their shady activities in Ukraine. Also getting rid of him, they reasoned, would bring President Trump down. Biden was particularly proactive in that meeting, suggesting that they use the Logan Act against General Flynn. The Logan Act was enacted in 1799 to prevent people without authority from dealing with foreign governments. No one has ever been convicted under that archaic act. General Flynn had kept the relevant authorities informed about all his meetings before becoming NSA that may have had Russian officials attending, and as incoming NSA, he had authority. How do we know about that meeting? From Susan Rice's CYA note on her computer and from their own meeting notes, later released to the public through a FOIA request or lawsuit (can't remember which). How do we know about Biden's foreign influence peddling? Peter Schweizer first disclosed the details of the Biden corruption in his book "Secret Empires," published in 2018. Joe Biden's sharing in the profits of the corrupt influence peddling were concretely proved in documents from Hunter Biden's laptop. Both information about, and documents on, the laptop were censored by Facebook and Twitter as well as the corrupt mainstream media before the election, in order that Biden supporters would not know about it. As recently as 1954 Khrushchev transferred administration of Crimea to Ukraine SSR, without the approval of Crimea and without consideration of its Russian demographic. He did it to win the favor of the elite of Ukraine SSR. In 2014 Crimea voted overwhelmingly (98% with an 83% turnout and 95.6% of the residents of Sevastopol) to be repatriated to Russia. Self-determination is a UN human right.

Solution for federal elections: When a child of US citizens is born, part of the registration process would be to register that child in a highly encrypted database (name, date of birth, facial/eye/finger prints). That child's account stays dormant until he/she reaches voting age when it can be activated on voting days. On voting day, he/she opens the account, through physical recognition technology, and votes. As each vote is cast it is simultaneously entered into the overall count that is visible for all to see in real time. Once he/she has voted the account locks until the next election. On his/her death, part of the death registration process would be to close the account. The same procedure for naturalized citizens. Such a process would eliminate all mail-in ballards. Qualified voters could vote from any computer. Encryption would be the highest level and duplicated to safeguard from hacking to bring the system down. The failsafe would be the personal physical recognition. States could adopt variations of the process, as they would have to account for people moving in and out of states.
