  1. You sound like you didn't research why it was introduced in the first place. Imagine congress placing a country wide policy without reason. Before you say, well I can, DEI was introduced for cause. Cause was to stop all of the picketing and protests by folks wanting good jobs but couldn't get hired because of bigotry=racist reasons. This is fact. It's not insulting to know that the country you live in has done things to stop bigotry and racist actions. These measures didn't happen in a vacuum. Happened to solve a problem that others didn't have.

What's wrong with being liberal? I'm not, but I lean Democrat, I don't understand why the folks behind this definition are doing something wrong.
