People need to take personal responsibility for their life and health. The general over all health of people has declined the last few decades. Even children today have signs of artery disease. Fast foods and sugary drinks have long term consequences. There is an obesity epidemic today where over 60% of the population is overweight or obese. What is common today and "NORMAL" is not healthy. The average person today is not healthy and is taking medications. Heart attacks were once only common in people over 65. Today people in their 40 are having heart attacks. Add more plants and vegetables to your diet and less junk and overly processed foods. Being thin is a sign of good health. Being over weight or obese is a sign of bad health. Poor diet, lack of exercise and obesity are contributing to high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes and cancer.

Go vegan for your health, whole food plant based. Go vegan for the animals. Go vegan for the planet. A lower risk of heart disease and cancer for you and a better planet for everyone, human and animals. Get healthy today, eat WFPB, fast once in a while and do some exercise daily.

You are what you eat. Your diet impacts your health. Obesity in children and adults is rising across the world. Eat a healthy plant based diet and exercise regularly. Reduce or eliminate cows milk, eggs, cheese and meat. Eat more salad greens, beans, fruit and vegetables. Every adult and child should own a bicycle and ride it regularly. Regular exercise will help you sleep better. Yoga is a great stress reducer. Obesity is all too common today. Get off the couch. Get off the phone, ipad or video game. A variety of stretching and other exercises help with increased mobility. Ride to work, ride to school, ride for fun. Every city should be a bicycle city. Speak up for bicycles in your community

There are too many negative people in the world. Surround yourself with people that will help lift you up. People that want to tear you down are not your friends.

More infections, more hospitalizations, more deaths. Yet some people still will not wear a mask. Selfish, inconsiderate and reckless behavior has negative consequences. Parents and teachers stopped teaching the "Golden Rule" about 40 years ago. Greed, selfishness and corruption have taken its place.

Humans are crowding out all other species of plants and animals. The virus is nature fighting back. Population needs to be in balance with jobs, resources, nature and the environment. Men need to take more responsibility for their children or get a vasectomy.

People are so selfish and self centered. They do not care about anyone but themselves. Seems like parents and teachers stopped teaching children the "Golden Rule" 30 or 40 years ago. We need to be kind to each other and take care of each other. Treat each other with kindness and respect. Protect yourself, your family and your community. Get vaccinated. Be kind to people and animals. Do your part to reduce the impact of Climate Change. There is way too much violence in the world. Greed and selfishness are all too common. Parents and teachers are setting an example for children to follow. Too often this is a poor example of how to treat others.

@petesmitt Any reason to get off the couch and go outside is a chance to exercise. Riding a bicycle provides exercise, raises your heart rate and helps with flexibility and balance. It should be one of many types of exercise you do regularly.

Too many people and too few resources. This is very tragic. Population needs to be in balance with jobs, resources, nature and the environment. The virus is nature fighting back. Humans are crowding out all other species of plants and animals. Men need to be more responsible for their children or get a vasectomy. More people demand more resources. Endless population growth is not sustainable on a finite planet.
