It’s my daughter’s birthday tomorrow. I’m going to use this as an excuse to not pay for helium.

I’d say stop perpetuating racist stereotypes about the Irish being drunks except that I’ve yet to find an exception to it.

As soon as I heard it was a guy from rural Minnesota who went to Stout I thought “yeah that makes sense”. As a libertarian who’s from Minnesota I avoided Stout because…well it was Wisconsin.

@OffGridInvestor my company proposed making anyone who was unwilling to get vaccinated wear a yellow wrist band. A legitimate proposal by a very large company. Instead they decided to enforce a vax mandate and we lost approximately 1/3 of the company and were due to lose another 1/4 but they reversed the mandate requirement at the last second.

Same people who say George Floyd died for a counterfeit 20.

The dude was close to Harvey Milk, Nancy Pelosi and Diane Finestein. You can plaster “religion” on any ideology and call it “right wing” but “right wing” has nothing to do with being a religious crazy. Hell the closest thing to a cult in my area is a far left hippy Unitarian “church” that preaches social justice and climate activism and doesn’t mention god except when needed. They talk more about Gaia.

Idk it didn’t seem to cause much damage to Amber Heard.

That happens at most presidential press conferences.

How many government agents does it take to cut down a tree?

There’s a similar case happening now with former wrestler Cain Valesques whose 4 year old son was abused by the son (43) of his daycare provider. He chased him down, rammed their car and shot, missing the target. The accused pedo is out awaiting trial that keeps getting delayed.

Imagine in 50 years when there is a young baby who for no known reason steals their parents credit card and starts paying the heavens gate web hosting fees and answering emails.

I work with many “doctors” in Germany specifically. A doctorate in Germany is equivalent to an undergraduate degree in the US - maybe a masters if you’re lucky. People manage to get their PhD at 17 and start with a company. They never leave the company so no one ever questions the PhD.

Musicians and blind people having impeccable hearing?! No way.

All our ultra sounds showed our daughter to be too big to enter the birth canal and she never descended but the external measurements showed her as normal size (estimated 7 lbs while ultrasound said 8+). I wanted to be induced early because she wasn’t moving but the doc wanted to wait. We waited and got induced 4 days after she was due (for other reasons). I was in labor for about 14 hours before the doc finally admitted she wasn’t moving down and I wasn’t dilating (and the labor was pretty painless at that even at the full dose of meds which should have given it away). She said I could keep trying until the morning but I wasn’t hopeful so we called it for a C-section. Turned out my daughters head was to big to go anywhere and had they kept me on the high dose of pictosen for much longer she would have gotten stuck and it would have been an emergency C-section in the middle of the night without my doctor in attendance and just the resident. Glad we called it when we did.

He should have built a road too and made it a toll - for $3 you get to bypass the long trip around the mountain and get a great adventure that might kill your too!

My husband has an unrelated birth defect that makes him look like a thalidomide baby. He gets it all the time.

@vane909090 this wasn’t nearly as common back then as it is now. Most cities either didn’t have a SWAT team or their SWAT team was fairly new and undertrained. Flashbangs were basically military only until the early 90s.

Oh Lorena Bobbit better make it into one of Danks videos. It would be incredible.

It’s just Justin Trudeau.

Benedict Arnold may be another fun one, if just for what he did at Lake Champlain alone. He convinced the entire British navy it was a good idea to bring a bunch of big naval vessels inland to fight on a lake. He just built a bunch of crappy boats he could easily sink when he knew they’d be defeated. Ended up really being a blunder for the English Navy especially when they couldn’t capture the American flag since he put it on a really tall tree.

Because of this pregnant women can’t get anything more than cough drops. I had prescription medication, and things I could freely take in the US (like baby aspirin) that I couldn’t get in Germany despite having a fever and being miserable all because I was pregnant.

Knocked to the ground by his body guard.

Yeah. Mao too. 😂

The British were the first to realize that an armed populous was bad for the empire and only let that happen once.

My mom used to teach blind and deaf kids. She said one of the weirdest things is they’d sign all their thoughts because that’s what they thought the world was like.

Maybe the most well known but Stout has been human memes for decades.

Randy Weaver was the first Soros backed Sheriff.

I was wondering what happened to that sock puppet!

My dad was lucky enough to grow up in the 60s. He cheerfully recounts the time he could make certain chemicals in his garage. He even made those little poppers that make a bang when step on them, then sprinkled them throughout his high school and didn’t even get a slap on the wrist for it - he got a reward.

This would only work in Germany or authoritarian cultures. They don’t question authority and ever questioning someone “above you” is seen as a terrible misstep. For instance my coworkers were astonished to hear that Highschool and college students may “cheat” on homework. They literally couldn’t comprehend someone stepping out of the social norm.
1
@The_Big_Jay being set up by the Feds? Randy sawed down a shot gun that was later found to be entrapment. His only crime ended up being failure to appear in court. Don’t think Waco had anything to do with failure to appear in court or even sawing down shotguns

I always wonder if I’m sitting next to someone famous. I’ve had a few times where other passengers have recognized people, usually sports stars. I did see one famous basketball player who really stood out (mostly because he only carried on a suit and was massive and treated in luxury despite the plane not having a 1st class). I recognized the name but don’t remember him.
1
My husbands coworker had a nasty habit of being in countries when there were major coups. It happened like 5-6 times. They joked he had to have been in the CIA - now I legitimately wonder.
1
That makes sense. Girls und panzers taught me they aren’t the easiest things to manage.

He’s a psychopath. He probably yearned to feel what others did but he never would be able to.

I have a feeling those with the bows and guns thought they could have a truce once jones was gone but it didn’t work out for them.
1
You should do the moth man of West Virginia. Not nearly as insane but probably one of the craziest cryptids.
1
I wonder how long it lasts in your system. I know pot can turn up even when you’ve been clean for decades if you lose weight because it’s stored in your fat. If his kidneys weren’t working well it may have been left over from when he was using in prison.

Our 15 month has yet to get the sniffles. We thought she did once but it was just cold. Her grandparents are convinced she’s constantly sick because my dad and her were as kids. I have no idea how it works. Btw her dad and have both been sick, as have her other care takers and other kids she plays with and yet she just keeps on going.

I was in Germany at 33 weeks and got very sick. I forgot my medication (I had taken throughout my pregnancy and the previous one) including baby aspirin needed for air travel. The pharmacist went to grab everything for me but saw I was pregnant when I checked out and immediately said I could only have cough drops and bandaids. The fever was arguably worse than anything baby aspirin could have done and allergy medication.

British: Give us Women’s rights and we’ll take Miles off your hands. Taliban: you want Women’s rights and Miles? What do we get out of this?

Mad lads on Janet Reno. I mean she did kill hundreds and the FBI raiding a house to kidnap a child to send him back to a nation we were at war with to be tortured was pretty crazy.

What’s hilarious is Flavor Aid is still sold. You go to the wiki and it’s “Flavors” and “Jones town massacre” as the two chapters. You’d think they’d have a marketing director to try to make it a little better.

He’s served 20 years.

There are two types of chemists - the ones who like drugs and the ones who like explosives. There is no other reason someone gets into chemistry. We all have a obsessive curiosity with one of the two.

I mean black panthers literally was started to combat police oppression by open carrying and quickly devolved into ambushing cops. They also advocated for a white only draft and for blacks to be exempt from the draft. They were also in favor of prison abolition for black people and reputations. This isn’t back in the day - it’s like from day 1. They openly killed cops and advocated for racial segregation. It wasn’t just the FBI saying it, they preached it and then it got sweep up as a “social group” by the media.

One of my sorority sisters once told us “don’t borrow anything from me - I’ve probably put it up my ass at some point” and we all believed her. Curling irons (right after they were turned off) were her particular favorite.

My mom worked with blind kids in the 70s. She taught them how to put on make up.

This would be an awesome one for him to look at. It’s actually well documented the creation of that one because a guy did it to see if people would believe it.
