  4. I saw this on an unsolved mysteries old episode recently. It gets pretty cagey when they do the update and it’s pretty clear that the cops knew exactly what was up and the parents were being lied to. Honestly surprised they allowed that one to air.

  7. I think this may be more an umbrella term. The fight or flight response is real and people don’t understand it well. I have panic disorder so I get unprovoked panic attacks out of no where. It’s a chemical version of a seizure where your body has no control of neurotransmitters. During a test - completely fine, picking out nail polish in a store-I drop everything and run 3 miles to get home ignoring traffic and my car parked just outside. I usually have very little memory of the incident, my heart rate jumps from 80bpm to 150bpm in less than 10 seconds. A friend who is double my weight couldn’t hold me down and I end up biting, clawing or doing whatever I can to get out of wherever I am. Most people’s first panic attack sends them to the hospital because they think they’re having a heart attack.
