I'm sure the debunking of the Russian collusion was also Russian disinformation that somehow made Muller a Russian asset.

Kamala is walking sound bites that make 0 sense.

So what was the reason they falsified the warrant? They were trying to frame her? They had recordings saying she was holding his drug money, she had been involved with previous investigations in the past, so maybe they were trying to hedge their bets she'd turn on them? They also would have had to know the postmaster would back up their statements, and falsify database records (only to retract when it went south). It seems like a bit of a stretch (probably didn't need to arrest her to get her to turn on them). I'd like to hear the logic of why they think the cops specifically were targeting Taylor if it was just because. Even then, the cops who wrote the warrant didn't know that the cops executing the warrant would knock, they didn't know the new boyfriend would shoot at the cops injuring one of them, and didn't know that the cops would return fire and somehow only hit her.
1
Because two months before they knew that Breonna was going to be "asleep in her bed" when they came knocking (they didn't want to - even though they did anyways), then they knew her new boyfriend would shoot through the door and injure one of them so they'd be given justification to fire back and purposefully miss him and only hit her. All because the cops are racist. It was a long con.

Damn. So just wrong place wrong time.

I had a coworker than killed his girlfriend and himself completely out of the blue. Literally had never seen anything out of him that would suggest he had anger issues but she apparently had a restraining order against him and a few other girlfriends did as well. Another coworker seemed so nice, also had a history of restraining orders but we’d been told they were all made up and my boss believed it (I guess we all did). Then one day he cornered me for something I was allowed to do but he didn’t like (he’d hidden equipment away for his own use and we needed it). He shouted and screamed and berated me so bad I was left crying (he was a good foot and 50lbs on me, plus 8 years old compared to me a fresh out of college girl). Later once I composed myself I went to tell my supervisor where I was bluntly told to leave for having assaulted him - some how, for some reason.

To me it sounds like "Oh yeah I'll totally do it" sort of thing you say to someone you're trying to talk down from a ledge. The fact he was talking to Cheney (pretty sure might be wrong), leads me to believe he was just trying to avoid a fight with he by saying he was going to do that.

This just in - DHS doesn't monitor American citizens, just ignore that Snowden stuff. Not to mention it basically admits it does nothing.

Lock it.

She did identify other senators as "man" and "woman" but didn't seem to know why she could. SCOTUS needs to be able to explain their answers and she has not been able to.

If they take it private as a pay to tweet sort of model (I'm sure it's been investigated in the past) the company will die. When half the users are bots no way will those free bot accounts begin paying. Not to mention all the causal users who wouldn't bother unless they're part of a mega corp or making money off advertising. It will become a circle jerk of advertisers.

That's not better.

Isn’t this one other biological advantage caused by an abnormality in genetics? Phelps have inordinately long arms that gives him a genetic advantage over others.
1
So specially stopping other agencies from pursuing topics they don't like. Yeah that's much better. "Hey FBI, don't look into Hillary's emails, those are all fake - don't worry about it".
1
Why 5 guys when you can do it with 1 easily.

Definition for what is homophobia/transphobia and racism need to be clearly defined by this before it goes into effect.
1
Except that's a model that won't work. I'm sure plenty of market studies have been done on it. How many people will pay $0.05 per tweet? Micro transactions work for video games but it's still a hard sell for the majority of the public. There is a reason text messages became unlimited for X price, but not enough people find Twitter useful enough to pay $10/month for it.

Hank Hill will compete as a woman because his divers license says he is.

That wasn’t presented in evidence. Idk if it’s true but not something the jury heard.
1
Kind of true. Fox at least is usually very clear about their biases while CNN pretends they don't actually exist.
1
I don't even think this was the stupidest question she got...and she still failed those. Forget what tillis asked but it was literally a give me like anti-corruption question and she still looked like a deer in the headlights. He had to explain it wasn't a gotcha it was almost a statement she just had to agree with and she still refused to answer (or didn't understand the question).
1
Didn’t this happen like a year ago too? Where a judge was emailing their clerks with memes?
1
Especially when that "disinformation" board apparently labeled it's ultimate leader as "disinformation" to the point of getting him blocked off all social media. Makes you wonder how much it was actually being run under the previous admin.

O.D.B.420 so was David Reimer.

But it's hard to breathe in them when they fit right!

The drafts of the article that have been leaked directly name Depp. Would that possibly lend credence to the claims? They were unpublished but have since been published online.

About $12mil.

If they want a new DA I heard there’s a California one that’s looking for a new job, it would be a demotion for her but the last election she lost by a landslide.

Tomorrow Neil Gorsuch will come out as a trans female black lesbian. She will no longer be the first and no one on the left can claim he is making things up. Hell she basically said Cruz can identify as Asian as long as he can prove damages.

Can we just agree the Olympics need tighter controls on their qualification standards. Maybe Algeria requires your biological sex to be on your passport, but many countries do not and all it takes is one poor unscrupulous country to allow it and the sport will be over thrown. Other events require testosterone level tests and doping tests (because they’ve had issues with that in the past), and their main reason for not allowing it is that it’s humiliating and invasive, but it can be done as a blood test.

So they're blocking disinformation within their own organization because they're afraid of Russian spies in their midst or something? That's really not how it's being represented.

Pretty sure there are a lot of people in NYC who would want to revoke the voting rights of bodega bro before illegal immigrants and green card holders.

RIP Nick Rekieta. Nice to see the old video.

They don’t specify what the anomalies are. This could be anything from a balance not being within its calibration period (they need to be recalibrated once a year or they could be off by 1/10000 of a gram), or someone didn’t sign off on her lab book within a week which was department policy, it took them 10 days. Or one of the reagents was past its retest date and she didn’t obtain the new certificate or analysis before trial that the reagent was still within specification (even though it was). Analytical labs have very strict guidelines that have to be upheld but honestly don’t make a significant difference. That’s a far cry from someone sneaking evidence out of a lab or switching labels maliciously. I know you can think all those things makes a big difference but having audited analytical labs in the past, they really don’t except for how you can get fined. For instance all speed radar guns need to be calibrated quite often and if they’re over due by a day you can potentially get out of a speeding ticket, but that’s only because in that case there is only one piece of evidence against you (and it probably won’t work if it says you were going 100 in a 30).
1
If it was a white guy, he wouldn't have won the award.
1
That’s really not the case. Many times DNA evidence isn’t the only evidence that’s presented. What about a case where a guy confesses, is caught on video committing the crime and the only reason his case is tossed is because she only had 1 person peer review her DNA evidence while the common practice was 2 (not that it was department procedure, just the common practice). Or one of the scales in their lab was out of audit date by a couple days (this happens a lot). You don’t throw the baby out with the bath water. If the misconduct was that bad that they were looking at 700+ trials there’s a good chance it would be more than 7mil they are looking at for the error.

There have been biological women who have been prevented from participating due to higher testosterone levels due to conditions like PCOS. It’s not high enough to cause an advantage, but high enough for it to trigger a flag.
1
Obviously disinformation.
1
Then it's no different than what the Biden admin has been openly admitting to doing for the past year. "working closely with social networks to prevent disinformation" is one of the first steps to fascism. Saying they "don't have power" to control what the private company does is also disingenuous. The government has massive control over what is done by private industry from a tax, regulatory, legal etc point of view and can easily target an industry which does not comply with their wishes.

Donald pumping his fist made a robot feel emotion.

Ironic that if Bryant were convicted he’d be alive today.

From the sounds of it, it didn’t really matter. Everyone in the jury pool was of a similar mind.
1
When you don’t have access to the actual information regarding that criminal activity you are assuming that they are a criminal and trying to find evidence to fit a crime. That is not how it is supposed to work in America. Trump university is hardly what is going on here, and everything Brag knew at the time of the interview was everyone who had access to the evidence declined to prosecute because there was no evidence to. Brag was asserting without knowing what evidence existed that there had been a crime that was committed and he would prosecute.
1
If you acted as a judge and gave permission for the lawyer to approach and asked a random guy to swear you in you’d also be in prison. It obviously only works one way.

Today the world learned what alopecia is.

I went through IVF for our kids and this was my worst nightmare. I legitimately had this question throughout my pregnancy so I imagine others do as well. I came to terms with turning the child over (that’s what I would have wanted done had someone else given birth to mine), suing the clinic because they shouldn’t be in operation if that happened, and once able to, going through the whole procedure again (at the clinics expense including surrogacy if that is what is needed). With IVF that is always a tiny question in the back of your mind if your child is yours. We went through IUI and it was the same question the as well (if the sperm was my husbands - but none of those treatments worked). Having paternity/maternity tests done as part of all IVF births probably should be a standard, but instead have to be paid out of pocket. Some couples don’t want to know - and I can’t blame them, we had 4 years struggling but many have more and sometimes it’s better to have a baby in your arms than anything else. 10m sounds about right, but honestly I’d go for 2mil if medical expenses were paid and the clinic safeguards (and those of all GA IVF clinics) were put in place for this to not happen again.

They helped it win by specifically calling misinformation true.

All I know is Ted Cruz is gonna have fun bringing discrimination lawsuits and seeing her squirm when the rest of the judges just call him a moron for saying he's a trans albino Filipino woman.
