He’s pointing out that it seems odd that Brag said he would indict, didn’t indict because they couldn’t find evidence, then when it became more politically charged (when trump announced he was running) that then he found enough evidence despite trying several times before to find the exact same evidence. Either laws are being misinterpreted to allow for what the actual evidence says or there is new evidence that no one else has. Neither of which seem likely. The only other option is that it is politically motivated. So he’s just saying that out of the three likely outcomes only two are based in law and don’t seem to be correct.

  9. Is this because they cannot ovulate or because they do not have eggs to begin with? Women are born with all their egg reserves that are slowly depleted throughout their lives. There are conditions like pcos that typically lead to higher levels of testosterone that cause women not to be able to ovulate and produce eggs despite being XX and having (typically very high numbers) eggs.

  10. We didn't tell anyone we were trying for a baby for 4 years. We went though years of treatments but found it weird to talk about it to anyone. So when we finally got pregnant through IVF we told everyone it was IVF...because otherwise it felt weird that we were talking about 4 years of our sex life.

  11. It’s still not clear if that’s what they have either. Their testicles may not have descended at birth but did later. That’s far more common and in a country not known for their medical prowess it may have been incorrectly assigned.

Tesla's the only company that for not making a profit for years and turning out shitty products could still presell cars that wouldn't get delivered for years, that had roofs that would fly off when you drove them and somehow was still trading at over 100/share. No other company could not sell a product/sell a clearly inferior product and still have their stock price be high.

I’ve been through IVF and this is everyone’s biggest fear but maybe a little high considering people’s still born baby’s being thrown in the trash in front of them isn’t worth that. Fertility clinics are typically heavily regulated. Ours had several checks along the way but the most terrifying moment is what the baby looks like when it’s born because it is a non-zero chance it isn’t yours. The inbreeding thing is fairly well controlled, often sperm donors or egg donors are limited in an area for how many can be used and they’re also spaced out so you won’t have 3 babies born in the same 5 year period or so.

  15. It is amazing how many people don't seem to hear "this is the police" when they're pounding at your door. I had it happen to me twice (cops came for a welfare check for my neighbor, the other there was a shooting in my building and we didn't hear it) both times we heard very clearly "this is the police" and them banging on the door. Both were late at night, one was when my boyfriend and i were asleep in bed (as was my roommate who also heard it from the other side of the apartment) we heard it loud and clear. Every apartment is different but considering we didn't hear a shooting going on the floor above us but we heard the cop knocking on the door - I'm pretty sure they would have heard something.

  22.  @ReturnOfHeresy  it’s when the grand jury says “there’s a greater than 50% chance something is there having no evidence to the contrary and only hearing the good stuff”. That’s why people get indicted for murder despite the fact they have air tight alibis. Occasionally they get convicted of those too because of unethical prosecutors (see Zach Anderson and Michael Keetley) for recent examples.

It’s one reason a lot of the trans issues are difficult to deal with, because they are accepted as fact as a pure medical condition rather than as a symptom of something else. For instance Anorexia is actually a form of OCD, it was first diagnosed as a symptom which is what led to more research being done. Because of that they’re able to treat it appropriately rather than saying “this is just what their bodies are”. Anorexia Nervosa is a separate condition but it is related to OCD and an obsession with food, it’s also related to people who are obsessed with fitness, health, food aversion etc. That may be the same thing with gender dysphoria but it is being accepted as a separate condition despite having all the ear marks of a social contagion obsession similar to anorexia.

  29. They’re very unclear what the mishandling was. It could be that she didn’t have a peer review audit and once that’s done it will clear the cases. DNA is rarely the only thing that gets someone convicted, does it happen, of course, but usually there is strong circumstantial evidence. We can’t say she actually was influential in any convictions unless it gets cleared up. That 7mil figure would be much higher if they suspected it would be 600+ retrials.

  30. As a woman who has sparred with guys (my school only had guys so it was difficult to find female opponents), they can win against them. It’s usually more a psychological win that does it though and a lot more contingent on getting the first hit. Especially good male fighters tend to get more upset if they don’t get the first hit/point. Not taking a tap, but it they get actually hit hard first they will often lose because they lose their confidence. I’m guessing their previous fights that they lost were something like this.

We don't know if the voters voted on policy, resume (honestly i don't know anyone who checks their politicians resume when they go to vote), or the letter behind his name. Remember the trans woman satanist who won the republican sheriff position and everyone said it was because she had an R behind her name? Maybe it was because those things didn't matter to the voting base.
