  19. ​ @johngaller278 We cannot have a gun for self or property defence in Australia. I have a spear gun which is totally legal and I keep that in the house. I also keep the security screens locked at all times even though I live in a very safe, small city in Western Australia (we've had 1 murder in 20 years, a drug deal gone wrong, a dude was beaten to death with a baseball bat!)

  33. I have lost 24 kg by exercising and dietary changes in 5 1/2 months. I still have around 4 - 5 kg to lose and then I'll be a lean, mean fighting machine 😂 I'm not 'fat-phobic'. I'm fit and healthy and happy. Carrying that extra weight made me miserable and it was affecting my bones, skin, joints and internal organs in a very negative way.

  39.  @napoleonfeanor  Sorry to hear that. Yes my son gets some abdominal pain, it's not too severe though. He gets sore/ache-y limbs from the medication he has to take and he has to take a powerful folate because the meds (to try and stop the inflammation) are bad for his bones. He has infusions of certain meds and also iron. He has to go to the toilet too often and yes, it has made him very weak. The people who work at the gastroenterology unit told me that sometimes this illness can just go away on its own!? 🤞 (for you, too)

  40.  @napoleonfeanor  Thankyou for your reply. I'm so sorry you have had this condition for so long. My son has only had Infliximab by injections too (infusions) but they didn't work for long (12 months) so now he doesn't have them every 8 weeks, at all. Occasionally, I hear him in the toilet at 3 or 4 am.. At the moment, it dictates his life, he has to live his life around the disease. He's going to have to go back to see a dietician. I worry for his future.
