This is as hood as it gets and look how well maintained the cars, the streets and the houses are. For it to be in the top 12 biggest metro areas that's a huge accomplishment.

  20. This has to be embarrasing to most urban areas in the USA becuase Juarez looks cleaner than most urban areas. And it's not really the USA it's the HipHop urban areas that seem to be the most trashiest becuase the Mexican hoods in LA are a little bit more kept up and on code also.

There was nothing more scarier than driving in some inner city area back in the 90's driving past a bunch of street dudes only to find yourself driving straight into a dead end street right afterwards.
