  35. Anyone who says nuclear emits zero carbon is not an engineer. If you had said low carbon, then you have a point because compared to Coal Natural Gas and even potentially Hydro power, it is low. However building a station takes a lot of carbon, extracting uranium and refining it make it into a usable fuel or pwr and bwrs are the majority of the American Fleet requires significant amounts of carbon emissions, or than coal or natural gas but still significant. So it isn't quite true that she never protested against her own leadership. A more accurate picture would be that she made a lot of noise her first week in Congress because she knew the squeaky wheel got the grease. That's Why Nancy put AOC on the Appropriations Committee -- Nancy Pelosi bought her off. What AOC didn't realize is that Nancy Pelosi would and could primary her later after AOC ruined her reputation. Mark my word she's now doing her best to convince Nancy not to primary her, and to keep handing her money. That's what Nancy does, hand out bribe money on behalf of corporations.
