I just watched his video of the "three" coin flip. It seems the deciding one was landed upright in grass and he picks it up and then the camera can see it when he had it in his hand saying "tails". He was only going to show the coin flip that allowed him to be like klebold and Harris so he could "go out in a hardcore way". Im sure he recorded the outcome he desired, based on his months of planning and journal entries.

@brandonpoley sure you would, princess. You can't seem to form a sentence or wash the sand from your V, but it doesn't stop you from dreaming. Bless your sandy heart🤣

@joan6984 there is video of him on the phone during the vigil. The calls were recorded bc the cops already had Amber Frey helping them. Amber knows he is in Modesto but he tells her he is at the Eiffel tower and the crowd is huge, everyone is dancing to American pop music, and he is having trouble hearing her so he will have to call her back later on her new year (midnight). He had his head down and moved away from all the people who came out to attend HIS WIFE'S VIGIL. It is v cringeworthy. The call was entered into evidence and the video, transcripts and recordings are easily found online. So sad.
44
The fact that he told amber he lost his wife before she disappeared, and was "fishing" the morning she disappeared and she washes up?
42
@FuzzyWalrus123 I actually thought that but didn't want to say it. The grass is always greener; not a having a sex partner doesn't cause problems and having one doesn't make one's problems go away. I don't see women think that way as much as men, but I guess it is a way for all of them to blame others instead of themselves. Can't expect someone to love you if you think you arent worthy. Some people like being alone, and don't find the idea of kids that appealing. Poor woman never tried to see the advantage of being alone.

I thought he was too narcissistic to think he'd be convicted and that he was too much of a wuss to hurt anyone but tiny females. As a result of those traits, I didn't think he'd be a suicide risk.

Kanye and Terrence need to live together so that they can brainstorm and talk about life as geniuses.

RN here, and I had to be hospitalized for IV antibiotics. I explained that I was an RN and should be given the chance to take oral ABX first or at least do IV ABX at home since I'm licensed. Ironically, during the first 2 days, the nurses forgot to give me my IVs twice. I didn't want to get them in trouble, but I also knew that I probably would have healed at home on oral meds or if I didn't have good insurance they would've figured out a way to do it at home. I feel that most people would do better in a home setting (for the milder infections that aren't immediately life threatening) especially if germy hospitals creep them out and possibly stress their immunity even more. Having techs w unwashed fake hair and long fake nails brushing past my open wound was too scary so I left AMA. Be vigilant about your care and the staff following rules to limit exposure to more infections eg hair not below the collar & no long nails.

@scootermom1791 my dad died when I was 5 and I felt nothing, even though I understood what it meant. His cat died a few months later, and I was devastated. My grandfather died the following year and I was so sad but had the giggles at the funeral. Idk why I thought anything was funny, but I remember it had something to do with learning what smelling salts were and thought about putting it under everyone's nose. I think the mind does anything to cushion the blow.

The US will list travel advisories or concerns about most countries, and it can be very valuable info especially in places that may be subject to instabilty in their governments or areas known to have health risks. Or if you have an inner city primary care physician and he has notices asking if you have visited certain countries, those may not be too safe to visit. A place that is a new tourist hot spot one week, may be where criminals target those tourists the next week eg the old San Pedro prison "tours" done by a Briton imprisoned in Bolivia and the subject of the book Marching Powder.
18
@joan6984 you were not sure if the calls were true, one of the most well known parts of the case. Maybe you don't know about other proven evidence. His own words and actions lauded him where he belongs.
17
@Iiwii11 it was specifically the prescient statement about losing his wife. It reminded me of a pastor who had told his church that his wife would die. Wouldn't you know it, his wife dies and he goes on to be with one of the many church members he was having affairs with. Almost similar to Chad daybell and the bad luck he had w his first wife and the incredible bad luck that started to follow him and lori vallow. These psychos need to be locked up forever.

I'm an RN who doesn't deal with many autism patients and am not as educated as I should be on autism. That said, my weekend patient is a young girl who is severely challenged and diagnosed as being on the spectrum. She is mute but can vocalize her feelings w normal sounds of crying, laughter etc. She seems almost void of emotion until she gets to know someone which is when she reveals how much love and feelings she has. She always walks up and hugs me for no reason, and will watch videos w me and crack up at any anthropomorphic (sp?) animals driving cars, playing, using the toilet... She shows more emotion, feelings, and love than many of the teens I've worked with. I love her and always worry that people don't give her a chance bc she seems so closed.
15
@nosodiumsalt yes, he was a whole lot of nutty simultaneously. He did write that "the girl in him was clawing to get out" and he would get that form back by dying ( bc he will be an after-world of female ghosts). He was legit crazy but still knew right from wrong. He went from feeling a connection to Ember and her song, to being Ember on the inside and would be free to take on that form again. Once he saw her episode, it awakened something in him and he played her cartoon song 'Remember' endlessly. He was not playing w a full deck, but the cartoon character seemed to trigger the beginning of the extreme spiral.
14
@alyssarose3880 I agree that looking like he was running, doesn't mean he is guilty. But that was only one suspicious looking action amongst many. All the sus behavior prior to dying his hair e.g. watching the water searches from afar on numerous occasions, the lies, the body dumped in the water... A random killer who doesn't know the victim, usually doesn't take steps to ensure the body is not as likely to be found. It's easier to leave the body where the murder took place or dispose of it somewhere quickly. But the culmination of all Scott's behavior is hard to excuse.

@leannemo7382 I'm a nurse and had a horrible nurse tend to me when I was a patient. She literally threatened to "shove the tube down further" when I told her I was going to vomit. As luck would have it, she had put the tube in wrong and I projectile vomited all over the front of her. In my dazed state I was oddly satisfied, but I remember thinking that I would never be mean or short w a patient when I became a nurse. I still feel that way and when I'm frustrated, I just take a second and remember that most patients are going through rough times. Some of the assistants I work with can be harder than any of the patients. Many are dangerously uneducated and actually believe old myths or get most info from social media posts.

@karnerblue7658 what was mentioned was that trolls, involuntary celibate misogynists, and aiden's friends were lying and harassing Tristan's family. Like the sad troll, Alyssa, in the comment above.
11
@skeevynicks there is nothing wrong with not having an intimate partner or being celibate. It is the angry attitude and blaming others for their "problem" that is what the true issue is. She did not come off like that completely and people did fail her bc she did seek help, but she put a lot of pressure on herself for someone who had a lot going for her. I never said she she did not deserve sympathy and I don't think she was the typical incel who often has ill will towards people who are in relationships. The term incel came from a girl writing a college paper on herself being celibate bc she was busy and had other stuff going on, but she did not think that was what defined her or that it was deleterious to her self-esteem. I'm sad that Chubbuck seemed to think it meant she was less than and that she was so disenchanted and frustrated she decided to end it in a most extreme way.

Aiden: "how is that (Tristyn's death) my problem?". Aiden in the jail shower dropping the soap: "oh".

Barney Rubble also had an alien visitor /friend named Kazoo. My father collected comic books, and I read every single Flintstone comic that wasn't wrapped in plastic or sealed. Some were listed as ten cents on the cover. Js.
8
@RainCloud848 that part was recorded, when he was trying to explain how he said his wife was missing before she went missing. The recordings have been played repeatedly, he doesn't deny it. Do you know what circumstantial means 🤣
8
@The_Burning_Sensation wow, I've never heard that. I worked with about 10 boys at juvie who were transitioning, but they didn't make a big deal of it. Now that they were able to realize and verbalize their thoughts, they decided they aren't in the right body that matches the way they feel. For them it was mostly hitting clubs and/or meeting others like them that seemed to make it easier to be open about feeling different for a long time. Most, if not all, were gay so maybe that makes it easier to identify. I only chatted w them at the nurses' station bc they were kept in the infirmary for their protection.

@Siahwcb grilled corn on the cob is good. (See how sending irrelevant replies to random people appears a little nutty? God wants spiritual fruits, not religious nuts)✌
8
@hairyape3935 of course there aren't any bibles in france, that is a US thing. I heard that are a couple of people in a little place near Rome that claim to have bibles, but that's only bc a south American chemistry teacher lives there. His name is Francis and he probably purchased a Bible at the airport in the US, during a layover on his way to Europe.
8
@drewrampersaud3346 she's not a nurse, she's a nursing assistant which requires no highschool diploma or GED. Some certified assistants are required to have a certificate that shows that they can read & write a little bit, but for some reason there are MANY dangerously uneducated/ miseducated ones in home health. The hospitals are better bc the lazy or challenged ones don't last too long. Home health or nursing homes often get ones the hospitals won't keep or don't hire.
8
@joan6984 I can't tell if you're being rhetorical and joking. A few replies above yours, I actually listed a few more reasons that culminate in an overall appearance of guilt, IMO. It is not just two, but all of the factors and so many coincidences that make me have trouble believing his claims of innocence

Double-wide trailer is like a 3 bedroom unit in a section 8 project high-rise.
6
@michellemooresings the fact that aqua Aura thinks that another woman (or any love interest) isn't a good reason, says it all. It is literally one of the top motives for murder, along with greed.
6
@x2phat2cmytoes I think any bragging refers to gaming, not irl. He can shoot and Ollie better than anyone from his mum's cellar😉
6
@tarnw3301 I was 14 not that long ago and remember that any questionable situation needed to be analyzed by asking myself "is this something that could get me into trouble". If the answer was yes, I needed to get out of the situation and/or call an adult. It has probably saved me more times than I am probably aware of. I still think this way, except I don't reach out to an adult as much as I probably should.
6
@tarnw3301 she was outside waiting around for for quite awhile. At some point she would have thought to call someone or climb the little fence that she eventually hopped over. The security cam shows how long it took for the stepfather to open the garage, and then stayed outside doing stuff before entering the home. A normal kid would've left from growing impatient.
6
JohnnytNatural the husband was alis military buddy who was at the ckub when ali danced w Ana. He was booted from the military and Ana was not allowed to return to the states w him, so the husband returned to his ex. Ana was separated from ali and they didnt live together, it wasnt an affair bc they were divorcing after the incessant physical altercations.
6
@Heretic84 tbh, having a license in mental health is often more knowledge than many medical doctors. I've worked with so many medical doctors and others who don't care about the title or degree, so it seems like a self esteem thing or desire for respect. Most lawyers don't require people to call them a doctor, yet the majority have a doctorate in juris prudence (sp?). I remember listening to chiropractic students talking about becoming a "doctor" in less than 3 years at a school where they could buy their degree (since closed due to complaints). I actually started laughing and they got offended. The need for credential letters behind one's name, seems inversely proportionate to self esteem and proportionate to need for respect.

@loulabelle5082 the woman who said she saw a young lady in the bathroom actually agreed to an interview w a tabloid, after she had given the info to the proper authorities. It might've been Inside Edition or similar show, but I saw it on YouTube and the woman seemed like a sane normal person who believed she witnessed a young lady in distress.
5
Lol. Did he live on psycho path?
5
@SuperWhatapain the studies on nails made me imagine petri dishes on top of all long or fake nails. I've met patients who had caught new / nosocomial infections on top of their existing health problems that they were admitted for. I am a huge proponent of in home care when or if it can be done.
5
@michellemooresings the cops asked Amber to cooperate & start recording, after she realized that Scott was in the news and went to the cops w her info. She could want to embellish details for attention, but I believe this is a part of the case that isn't disputed by any of the parties involved. The call was recorded, cell towers confirm it, and he was recorded by news cameras and people at the vigil at the time of the call. Scott didn't deny lying to Amber bc he said it was so she wouldn't know he had a wife, let alone a "missing" wife. If there is a dispute about the call time, he actually mentioned that the crowd was loud bc it was around the new year i.e. midnight. The time around midnight in Paris would be about 4pm in Modesto, which is the hour in which the calls were made, yes? His defense attny also admitted to the calls and affair when stating that Scott was "a cad" but that doesn't mean he is a murderer. There just seems to be so much circumstantial evidence and sus behavior, that it's hard to believe he had played no part in Laci's demise.
5
@Dani_sister4peace ty for the jail vid! Idk, it looks like he could be faking it, now that reality is setting in. He didn't think he'd be charged as an adult and it's not fun. The orange jumper is for murderers, what is that defense attny talking about?
5
If I'm ever asked to speak w police I will absolutely say "Dr Grande told me to never speak without an attorney".
5
@farmalmta (Flint)stone cold truth!
4
@RainCloud848 you are the one who is projecting and seems completely sauced w your repeated, simple, back to back replies. Too much alcohol could be dangerous for seniors w dementia, be careful. Try Aricept, it seems to work well for the cognitive issues.
4
I'm madder about the lawsuit, she doesn't have professional insurance for her crazy self‽ Did someone advertise or refer her‽
4
@elizabethbennet4791 I realize what you're saying and I actually am very saddened that she did not have support from loved ones or professionals that may have prevented this. The adversity she experienced may have contributed to this, but conversely it is the same type of adversity that others have used to make them stronger. We see someone like Oprah who was faced with similar issues, yet she persevered. Of course it is a combination of things that make one person want to drive harder, while another wants to quit. Compared to many women, myself included, she seemed to have it all. She was pretty, successful, and smart. I see her glass almost completely full, she probably saw it as almost empty. She was undeniably in a lot of pain with no one to turn to and that is tragic.
4
@miraclelove991 the op quote says "honorary degree", maybe learn to read before trying to slam other's knowledge. Honorary degrees (and even many doctorates) require nothing more than being notable in a specialty, and it can be up to the discretion of the school. Lil wayne has one and Dr Dre is now a real (honorary) doctor as well.
4
@LieutenantSheep was attempting to kill his family in her book? I read her book and his "memoir" (seemed like he tried to allude to having metal illness; claiming he was hearing voices and living in a home w ghosts), but don't remember her story as well. He admitted to being somewhat despicable in front of her e.g. making lascivious comments to most waitresses and even to her babysitters and young friends. I think he may have killed her pet, but I'm unsure if that was him or another waste of life, POS murderer.
4
@b0b5m1th the oc was good but the "only 12" reply was better, ht & ty for the laugh.
4
@Somegirl811 another girl from the school came forward and said he had asked her to sneak out of her house, when she said she couldn't leave, Fucci called her derogatory names. Then he left the friends house w Tristan. The girl said "it could've been me" when learning of Tristan's fate. Aiden told people he would kill someone probably "this month". Most schizophrenics, don't predict and plan a murder. He probably thought he was going to be charged in juvie IF he was caught. Now reality is sinking in and his mommy can't help him.
4
@CHALETARCADE chrissy asked you to cite sources, like he did. I was told by 3 credible sources that Chrissy is a lying ftwat. My Sources: an old man who was told "crissy is a lying D bag" and 2 close contacts 😉
4
@leannemo7382 I promise we aren't all like that. We had to have a 1 hour class in nursing school where we had to wear blurred goggles and earmuffs w mittens to emulate what it's like to have challenges. We also had to wear a blindfold while another student fed us pudding. The class was the most enlightening lesson of all my nursing classes but it still didn't show what it's really like to be an immobile patient or someone in severe pain or confused about awakening in a hospital w people ignoring you etc. There are many excellent compassionate nurses, but the few bad ones ruin our rep.
4
JohnnytNatural the testimony of Ali on the stand said that he knew Ana was w the other soldier bc he would check Ana's ID when she came through the base gate. He slipped Ana his phone number when he pulled her over. After the soldier was dishonorably discharged, he was sent back to the US but Ana wasn't allowed to go w him for some reason. Then they learned the guy returned to his ex in the US, so Ali and Ana were happy bc Ana couldn't go to the US and knew the split allowed her to be w Ali. There weren't affairs , their friends and Ali's cousin testified to what Ali had said regarding the relationship. She didn't see Ray until after she told Ali she wanted a divorce. Ali had sent her to spend the prior month w his mother to learn how to be obedient so she wasn't in CA to be w Ray. Being w the mother confirmed that she wanted a divorce.
