@NoSpam-xh6jq lol, I saw your first reply and thought you were challenged, so I would not engage bc it is futile. Now I see you're challenged, nescient, and clownin, which is adorable. To be like that, it still have a sense of humor is awesome! You rock girl! BTW, I'm guessing that the top reply acct removed all of her other replies, bc she looked up some of the unchallenged evidence in the case. There was a reason Scott's own sister, who loved him and wanted him to stay at her home where he would be safe, asked him to leave. Oops, I forgot to whom I'm replying, I hope I didn't use too many polysyllabic words. Keep up the good work Sunshine! (No need to reply, I'm turning off notifications and muting you. I love girls like you, but I need a break😘)

I had read about Avery in a book of case studies. It included a lot of details that were missed or intentionally excluded from the show. Avery did get a raw deal on his first conviction, but the reason he was a suspect was bc of his known violent history(and his threats to victims that often led to pleas or complaints being rescinded). That said, he was extremely angry to be serving time for one of the few occasions he had not done the crime (I'd be angry also). While imprisoned for his initial wrongful conviction, he never stopped ranting to anyone who would listen, and writing his feelings on paper. He told cellies, psych counselor, guards, vistors, family etc that if he is doing the time, he's "gonna do the crime". He said something that I couldn't unread, and I regret ever learning of it: "gotta cut 'em (women)from the nose to the toes" after you're done with 'em. There are actually photos of the drawings he made that depicted what his plans were for the first opportunity that came his way. Had I not read that book, I would completely believe that the show was accurate and feel like it was another case of dirty cops.

Jodi had no real social life or family life, so her boyfriends became her everything and she would become anything that they were into. First metal and rec drugs w her teen bf, then she bleached her hair and got implants to look similar to the next bf's ex-wife. She had already invested too much time in failed relationships and her clock was ticking. She needed travis for a social life, a stable future, a faith/religion, a home beyond the trailer trash, possible employment... When Jodi met travis she thought she had someone she could manipulate w taboo sex. He thought he had a girl who wanted casual sex. They were both wrong, but Jodi was getting tired of being used, especially since she had no marketable skills other than her looks, and that was temporary. She was supposely intelligent bc she read a few books, but reading her journal quickly disabused me of that notion. I guess compared to her uneducated family, she seemed erudite. She thought she was a great catch and was getting angry about others not sharing her thoughts after knowing her for more than a minute (inc her employers who would call her out for her lying bs and she couldn't use her looks to help her out of situations). Travis was the final straw and going to pay for everyone who tossed her aside after investing her best years. The fact that she thought she wouldn't get caught, showed how stupid she was. She was as good at planning a murderer as she was at her photography career, at being a good daughter, at being a good sister, at being marriage material etc. Did she think being a baby mama or a dancer was below her? Many girls do it and it works out. Js.
