They are usually not required to have anything more than a GED and are not law enforcement anywhere but their place of employment. The 911 operator is giving instructions from police and EMS that should be followed but she disregarded legitimate instructions bc she WANTED to go after that man knowing she had the security of a sidearm.

  38. The area is dark enough and close enough to NYC that it could just be an ideal spot for predators who target SW. Like certain areas are known to be ideal for body dumps eg The Pine Barrens, Leakin Park etc. Tbh, I'm still feeling nauseous from the title.   43. I rarely think that the "they set me up" allegation is anything more than a desperate attempt from a guilty person, but something smells. My grandma is my true crime partner and she said that it reminds her of a case that she remembered from when was a child. She remembered it bc the lady was named Bambi like a Disney story. It turns out most people believe Bambi Bembeneki was innocent, especially after the DNA was revealed to be an unknown male. Bembenek had lodged complaints against her local pd saying that they engaged in all sorts of illegal things, prior to her being accused of murder. Some police depts are way worse than criminal gangs.

From the second that Ali moved in, he asked the couple to spy on Ana, Ana had to run to their apartment naked to ask for a phone, the yelling was almost daily and usually only Ali's voice could be heard etc. Him denying access to clothes and a phone were his primary methods to control her, so foul language wasn't his worst attribute.
