  1.  @NKdidit  I don't shame anyone who uses welfare as a stepping stone, when circumstances go bad, limitations etc, but those who choose it like a career are kinda shocking. I have a friend who collects any govt money/food cards she can, while she posts disparaging memes about others who are are doing the same and the way that she thinks that they vote (she is unable to vote due to criminal convictions). It made me realize that the average person doesn't feel good about collecting welfare, but some still prefer it over work or school. I think most sane people would choose work if they could.

  5.  @amberlynn8591  one would think that conspiracy or an accomplice is just as bad, so having a time limit is illogical if there isn't a time limit for murder charges. I've seen cases where the state couldn't charge bc of time limits for certain crimes, but the feds were able to do it bc there was interstate travel involved which had allowed federal charges to be applied. I'm going to have to look it up also bc I'm curious. I spend as much time looking up interesting law & Crime stuff, as I do school stuff, which is never good. Ty!

As soon as she realized that her accusations wouldn't work, she had to come up with a way that he would never have visitation but still get a good amount of his money. He had already given her a much nicer lifestyle in addition to a ballet company, but that wasn't enough. She planned on getting full custody w visitation based on his mental health disability. She probably said it to test him, but her actions proved that she was the primary caretaker and never left her daughter w him for safety reasons.
