Average includes mixed, indigenous and black, so 80% average is the equivalent of 80% of Argentines being 85 - 90% european, 5 - 10% being around 75% european and the rest being mestizos and indigenous

You’ll see on top estimates of how european Argentines maternal side is (maternal ancestry) from different regions and then the overall. And then under that the study from 2021 which says that the average Argentine is about 80% european and less than 18% native. It even has the link to the original website.

Also, yes, many Bolivians, Paraguayan and Peruvians live in the country, but immigrants living in Argentina are now less than 2 million and many or at least some are moving out because of the inflation.
