The only thing that essentially matters is the economic self interest and "freedomof exchange" between each human. That's the post OPEC-crisis, financial deregulation robbery that is Classical/neo liberalism.

  6.  @s_1408  but then let's look a d deciminate at how the bulk of small and family landlords are being treated within and before this crisis. Of course, small landlords are a common straw man defence, without aknowledging the monopolies of large landlords and housing agents. The spectacle of how some brands essentially can own 200,000 or more homes and use that weight of capital to impact the market's rent prices in the area, or in the political pressure of the area. These large landlords are those that are treated equally to the private mom-pop landlords quite distractingly, in casual conversations to legal representation in court.

The very heart that anti-migrant arseholes get angry about but refuse to see or care for the core issue or else freak out and "woke go broke"
