  8. They most certainly do, along with an ability to get right into ours with just a stare. We have the ashes of our late cat in the house, and her surviving sister often sits by her, seemingly knowing she is there and seeking her company. Our one year old kitten, who thinks he is a dog, loves to play fetch and is able to command his humans to play when he is ready with just one brush of the leg. The humans may pay the bills, but they aren’t in charge in this house!

  9. It’s generally seems to be the people least affected by immigration that are ‘horrified’ when those that are most affected push back against it. Dumping economic migrants in economically deprived areas, because housing is cheap, is bound to lead to tensions. I’ve seen it in my own area. She rightly highlights that there are plenty of ‘migrants’ whose applications for asylum have been turned down multiple times, yet they remain in the UK at taxpayers expense.

  26. ‘Spare’ may have been a short term commercial success, but for mo it was a huge long term own goal by Harry as it has shredded his reputation and portrayed him as someone who will say and do anything for cash, whatever the consequence. Brits also don’t generally like moaners, and his constant positioning of himself as a victim in every situation alienates people and simply detracts from the important instances where he probably has been treated poorly. None of this is helped by his loathsome wife who is quite possibly one of the most self-absorbed and delusional people on the planet.

  31.  @johnhamilton2923  I don’t think that has anything to do with it….it all started in the Blair years when people from Kosovo and then Iraq/Afghanistan were placed across the north, often in condemned council housing that was awaiting demolition. In my own city, two empty tower blocks were filled up almost overnight, with no support services or jobs for them to do. People really need to take their hatred for a certain party out of the equation and look at the reality of a situation.

  49.  @bookie5667  There was a significant debate at the time - Khan did the boarding up and condemned the behaviour along with the PM and other senior figures. However, having protect the cenotaph at this time of year is completely different and shows how low this country has sunk.
