@tipple58 Rhymes with blunt?

What is this SOF movie you are on about? Is it exciting and full of special effects and witty one liners? Is it a true ripping yarn, totally unbelievable but pure entertainment?
1
@MikeMichaels1987 The problem with this film is that it will bring out every little scum bag and baggess who thinks they can screw money out of some rich guy without any true evidence and after many years of benefitting from them. Just look how long it took the hooker to try and get money from the prince after having been happy to take the money for years, obviously knowing what she was doing was dodgy.
1
@MikeMichaels1987 It will just motivate the scum (aka solicitors and lawyers) to try and make some money while trying to pretend to help idiots who knew exactly what they were doing a few years back but were blinded by the money. All those hookers creeping out of dark corners claiming they were tricked into accepting huge sums of money. They rate alongside the bunny huggers and JSO lot in most decent people's opinion.
1
@MikeMichaels1987 You have an extremely sad life then!
1
@roberthiggins6401 I doubt anyone tried to bury it as the movie industry only wants to make money. By making it seem special, they have achieved their goals.
1
@MikeMichaels1987 That is a very strange collection of words that looks like AI got it wrong. I am guessing that you are not AI though, certainly not artificial or intelligent.

@MikeMichaels1987 Arsey fisting more like

The world has ended at 3:00 PM on the 23rd April. Or not, as it happened. Sounds like the government software system was the usual disaster.
1
It was obviously caused by global warming?
1
@scaryfakevirus So you think the green cross code and the cycling proficiency test were all for "their own good". I would leave off the herbs if they have made you that paranoid!
1
@JunkyardDog-q1h Another stupid Americanism we could do without!
1
@scaryfakevirus Out of interest, how did you come up with your name? I know a number of people who were very ill with what could only have been "the" virus before it was ever acknowledged to be such or before vaccines were available. The affects were very scary and certainly not fake.

When I used to drive my old Morris Minor (1967) I used to get around 40 maybe even 50 to the gallon. It was actually less problem than my 3 year old Cortina I had a little later.
1
Hitler came to power because a certain group crashed the German economy, maybe that is the plan? Try once again to rid the world of those people who cause so many problems.
1
@apocalypticweasel9078 We have a lot of 20 limits where I live but on many it is wishful thinking to get close to that with any degree of safety.
1
@JudgingKitty I don't like any creature to suffer unnecessarily and try my hardest for a clean kill with birds or animals for food and despatch fish as swiftly as I can.
1
So some little scum bag makes loads of money from a rich older guy for a number of years and the money starts to dry up. Old guy has not actually broken any laws btw. Scum bag thinks this is a chance to make much more money from selling story to scum bag red top run by member of the elite, who hates the BBC and wants to take them over. Typical of these cases where suddenly several years down the line when proof is dubious up jump the solicitors out to make a fortune.
1
Smart motorways are the perfect example of double speak, much like war is peace and slavery is freedom.
1
It is so easy to wash the blood off them after you have beaten someone's head in for driving like a taxi driver.
1
How on earth can driving at 20 be more stressful than at a faster speed? Round my city 20 is a pretty good speed to be able to achieve a lot of the time. The place was designed before cars were commonly owned.
1
@tombartram7384 Isn't that exactly the same as a 30 limit or a 70 limit? I have fallen foul of a 30 limit myself twice, I have to admit through lack of concentration and following other traffic. On one occasion it was in Dorset where they hadn't signed up to speed camera warnings and had speed limits that changed regularly. My fault for not paying attention to signs.
1
@tombartram7384 It sounds like there are a lot of modern cars where the flexibility of the engine really isn't that good. They must be a nightmare to drive in heavy traffic where you go from stop to 25 (if you are lucky!) and back continuously. Luckily my little city car and my big 4x4 seem to not be that bad in this situation.
1
@tombartram7384 One of our old family cars was famously capable of accelerating from 10 to 70 smoothly in top gear (it was a recommended test to check timing etc in the manual). The other part of the test was 30 in 1st before power loss.
1
@dungareesareforfools Aren't you supposed to make all the adjustments and settings before you move off, or is that a bit old fashioned?
1
@Joeb4iley Do you have to tell it to turn the indicators on and to stop the correct side of the line at traffic lights as well?
1
No road tax either!
1
@MeTube3 I have never had a car with any warranty!
1
Road charging already exists in the form of tax on fuel. When you think how many modern cars are zero road tax, the money has to come from somewhere.
1
@markriding1267 Now there is a truly shocking thing. Just as bad as the famous Marconi suicides and the very suspicious one of a former friend.
1
The large number of buzzards about is contributing to the decline in the rabbit population in many areas. This is removing a very healthy and normally sustainable source of the meat from the menus of many people in rural areas.
1
@D-Bunker-zv1bjNot round where I live, the same as buzzards and also peregrine falcons.
1
Everywhere is too busy because there are way too many people about who think they are entitled to just drive round for no reason, despite there apparently being a financial crisis.
1
@strongandco You can tell by the people driving them and where they are heading round where I live plus the times of day they are being driven. As for the birds of prey bit, I confess that I was in ranting mode.
1
Caught actually doing what and have you seen any reliable evidence of law breaking?
1
@tikkiu7345If you want to talk morals, surely the younger person is the immoral one, taking loads of money over a number of years and suddenly complaining so that he can make even more money?
1
@thesheepman220 No, you only have to have a smart phone or tablet to watch porn these days! Despite what the law says.
1
@organichuman But from what I currently understand the lad is now 21 or something so it seems odd that his mum has this evidence? Could it be her that is now seeing the £ signs?
1
@organichuman Was it actually evidence of law breaking?
1
@astroterf. The younger person as you put it, was over the age that many people think should be able to vote and knowingly broke the rules of the website they were on to sell inappropriate photos to someone who they had no idea of who they were to fund an illegal drug habit. I think that is a bit different from your suggestion.

When diesel burns it makes an excellent additive to a petrol bomb to make the burning liquid stick to and run along the target. This would make sense in this a possible cause of the multi level fire. BTW, catalytic convertors can cause fires if they are hot and you park on stubble / dry grass.
1
You just described my first 3 or more cars!
1
@childoftruth1738 Any newish car is an expensive toy and even some older ones aren't cheap to run. As for the 15 minute circle (I assume you mean city, although what that is taken to mean these days is totally different from the original intention of the concept) - even the most basic of EVs has a range greater than 15 minutes each way.
1
@christownsend7602 My latest 4x4, a 20 year old Jeep, has power adjusted seats. No idea what you can do if (when) they fail. It also has lots of other electrical gubins that it doesn't really need.
1
@christownsend7602 The C1 corners like a gokart. I have only ever had it lift a wheel once round a corner and that was going way too fast for a very tight turn.
1
@iainmacleod4007 In some ways I think the same applies to some of the EV fires. Are people not charging them correctly in some way or doing something else wrong?
1
@iainmacleod4007 It is the fast charging that concerns me. Even ordinary lead acid batteries get hot if you try to charge them too quickly and it does them no good.
1
On an electric motor the unit you refer to is not strictly an ECU as that refers to an Engine Control Unit .
1
A classic case of distrusting anyone on the internet regardless of what "side" they are on. There are total idiots on every side of every argument.
1
Wasn't that guy in the 30s supposed to be vegetarian?😊
