  3. Orpheus I don't have those figures and nor do you. We do agree however the EU is dismally behind the rest of the developed world in developing, manufacturing, distributing and administering covid vaccines. Maybe if it is about price they could have put the lives of their citizens first.

  7. Philipp Wilmer The AstraZeneca vaccine has 99.8. % effectiveness in the trials. The 70% is after just the first dose. Germany has now decided to copy the UK policy of giving just the first dose nationally before giving the second dose. Unfortunately Germany has been very slow getting their vaccine developed, manufactured and distributed - although not as slow as the EU.
