The fact that nobody "should be surprised" that US troops are actively operating within Ukraine suggest to me that nobody should be surprised any of Russia's allies should also be operating there. But that isn't the case. If we were to find Chinese troops operating in Ukraine it would be considered a massive escalation. Double standards it seems.
