Some people tend to forget that Ukraine was actually part of that Soviet Union, which delegated half of its leadership. And not the better half. Kruschev, Andropov, Trotsky and Brezhnev were Ukrainian, Lenin, Chernenko and Gorbachev were Russian, and Stalin was Georgian, thats a slight advantage to the Uke side.

  40. To build nuclear you need a very fancy lifecycle from enrichment to breeder reactors, even for commercial reactors, since any country which is not a member of the NPT cannot buy fuel on the market. It cant be done without assistance from a major nuclear player.
