They killed the first migrants and took their land. Same with the Hawaiian islanders. The first ones were killed off by another group of people who invaded from other islands and their descendants were the ones the Europeans and American found there. It was implemented from the start to be insolvent as people who didn’t pay into it for decades were allowed to collect once they reached the threshold age. Even if they had phased it in and only let those collect who paid in for decades, it’s still is an unsustainable Ponzi. The solution is NOT mass general welfare. UBI, whatever you want to call it, it’s mass welfare and another scam. US Social Security is already the largest scam in history, UBI would easily become worse.

  35. FB almost never removes obvious scams when reported. You can report 100 very obvious scams on FB and they may remove 1, even if all 100 are escalated to human review. Then, if you want to have their review board review your report again, you have to fill out a lengthy form and maybe they’ll review it. Bottom line: FB would rather allow countless bad actors to use their platforms than risk losing one legitimate user because their growth is stagnant and they need every person they can get wasting their lives on FB and IG.

India, Malta, New Zealand, Ireland, and the UK all got rid of it in recent decades. And only 33 countries offer any form of it, almost all of them in North or South America

The dimwitted SOTUS ruling in United States v. Wong Kim Ark was in a case where Wong’s parents were both legal residents at the time of his birth yet the SOTUS went way outside what should have been ruled and corrupted the intent of the 14th by claiming it gave full birthright citizenship to anyone born on US soil under any circumstances. Time for United States v. Wong Kim Ark to be overturned
