  5. Parents you now need to bear this to memory. HERE IS THE THING, in simplicity. If you bring home a dog then either by neglect, abuse, or training, you create a vicious animal. You then allow that vicious animal to run rampant in society, you are fully responsible for the actions and damage created by that animal. Parental responsibility over children is no different. Today more and more parents turn children into vicious animals then let them run rampant. If you allow the government to raise your children the government will.   21. It is trials like this where every kid who has been abused has an epiphany. Where they say it was not just me, it was not my fault, there are truly evil parents out there. In the span of just a couple of months two trials where the abuse was almost identical kids being locked into small rooms with cameras. THIS IS NOT PARENTING.

  34. They already know his name most likely. He used his cell phone two minutes prior to the murder and it was caught on video. This means they know his coordinates at the time of the call and the exact time the call was made. They will, if not already pull all phones records at or near that location and time.

  50. JUDGE GRANDSTANDING This judge is what gives judges a bad reputation. She drones on about how evil this person is with 4 felony priors', failure to comply with parole in the past and so on. The judge then admits this person will reoffend on release, then turns right around and gives LIFE With the Possibility of Parol. The judge should be required to pay restitution for everyone's time she wasted.
