Turkish. I like that it's an investment instead of a donation, it gives u full access to a great and growing domestic economy and it gives u visa free access to some of countries that a nomad capitalist would want visa free access to such as Mexico, the Balkans, Thailand, the UAE, etc. The only situation in which the St. Nevis passport would maybe the better option is if u renounced or are thinking of renouncing your western citizenship and don't want to lose the travel benefits of a westerner

@DS-vx3wf my understanding is that u next year those properties won't apply. So if u've bought the property this year u should be OK. I may be wrong tho

@DS-vx3wf carribean investment option are very poor investments, the donation method is much more efficient. About Portugal, if u wanna buy in Lisbon u need to worry cause next year properties in Lisbon, Porto and some parts of Algarve will no longer qualify for the golden visa. And yes it's 5 years but u can just pop in every once in a while, u don't need to actually live there. Also there's a 10 year tax holiday so if u do decide to spend time there u could do so tax free and let's face it, the language is pretty easy to learn and if u do want to become a citizen it makes sense to have cultural ties
