We're talking about property for investment not as a personal lifestyle choice and he says it in the video. Besides other countries have way better beaches, way lower cost living, way lower taxes, good healthcare and having a lot of tourists is not a good thing. If most people like it it means it's bad

@hthought would u live there? If so get ready to pay tax on your worldwide income. If not then I still don't see the value on even having a vacation home in a country where the culture is against u. Said that there are of other countries where u can have a vacation home in and where you're treated best

@serinadelmar6012 no, that's not my experience, that's simply western culture and u see that through policy. They literally punish wealth, the more u have the harder the punishment
