  1. Recently someone told me that if u want to incorporate overseas u gotta open a bank account in that country before incorporating. Is this true?

  2.  @nomadcapitalist  what I mean is for example let's say u wanna start a Malaysian company. Before that u would have to open a personal bank account in Malaysia. Sounds familiar?
