  2. There's one thing I don't quite understand. Is there any difference between incorporating overseas and incorporating offshore. Let's say the UAE and u live in any other country. If u incorporate there is it an offshore company cause u don't live there or is an offshore company a kind of structure diffrent from the onshore company?
