  1. Well that depends a lot on what u would commit to. For example if u can't get a citizenship by marriage or decent u might wanna consider paper resedency in which u get a residence permit and come back a couple of yours later to collect your citizenship or spend little time a year in the country, u don't wanna try that in a country with long presence requirements. One good example is Mexico, u can get a temporary residence permit just by showing proof of an income, that u can support yourself. U'd eventually have to get a permanent residence permit and eventually u could get a citizenship whitin 5 years. If you're willing to spend some time there, maybe spend your vacations there, that could facilitate the process. There are obviously other options and in my opinion u should focus on paper residency options if u don't qualify for citizenship by decent. Another thing that u might be willing to do is naturalization, but again all depends on what you're willing to do. I suggest that u inform yourself about second passport options in diffrent countries and set boundaries on what you're willing to do and spend to get that insurance passport
