Chile still has a pretty easy yet good citizenship to get and u have that tax exemption for a few years and Santiago is a good city in my opinion

About Thailand, I feel Bangkok is like the Asian NY of the nomad world. U can enjoy territorial taxation, the beach and Bangkok if u like it so again I don't completely disagree as I'm not the typical big city guy and yeah Thailand really should create a net of mid-sized cities cause rn I feel Thailand is Bangkok

@patricktraichal9287 u have to spend 6 months there in the first year to become a permanent resident and then just drop by once a year for the next 5 years I think, not to mention Santiago is a great city if u do want a base there and u have a tax exclusion of 5 years if not mistaken. So the point is u can work on that passport pretty much remotely but if a base in Chile is to your liking u can live there tax free most of the time and the passport is about as good as it gets for someone who wants nomadic tax free lifestyle. Sure it's not guaranteed but the most time u spend the higher are your chances and spending time there won't compromise your tax bill

@patricktraichal9287 well that's wrong. U only need to visit every year in order to keep your residence permit active. Also even if u needed to live in Chile full time u can enjoy their tax benefits, they have a tax exclusion for the first few years of residence
