  1. Well countries like Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Czech Republic etc are maybe not as low-taxed or as safe as some of these, but let's be straight, Sofia and Budapest are much more interesting than Jersey or Andorra as places to live

  3.  @caoimhegoggins2653  taxes are low if you're a foreigner. Myself as a Portuguese I can't have those benefits. Besides even if the taxes were low I would still move offshore, I just don't feel good here and I want to explore the world
