  1. Carribbean islands are not Latin tho with the exceptions of Dominican Republic, Cuba, Haiti, and other countries that speak romance languages. Clearly the countries u named like the Cayman Islands, St Kitts and Nevis, Anguila, etc, are not Latin

  2. I did not know about the tax exclusions in Chile and Uruguay. It's nice to have more options in the reason than Paraguay, although it's a very nice option, maybe ud like to spend time in Santiago and work towards citizenship rather than in Asuncion. Not only the city is better but also the passport
