  1. U might wanna learn about CFC (controlled foreign corporation). If your company is incorporated anywhere else, but your country sees it legally as a national country either cause u live there or cause the company is being managed or even just the idea belongs to the country (the rules depend on the country), then your country might your company as a CFC, or an offshore company that "really" belongs to the country if u wish, in that case u pay the normal rate from your country
