  3. I would like to hear more about Sri Lanka. Apparently they have a residence by investment program and even though it has residence-based taxation it seems u can get some sort of tax credit on foreign-sourced income. The information doesn't seem to be clear and I'd like your usual straight forward approach on the matter. It also seems to be the kind of place one can watch rising from the ground with their ongoing construction project, not to mention proximity to big emerging markets
