  1. U gave that example where a person making 80k would pay 18k meaning it wouldn't be cost efficient. Well in my country a person making 80k would pay close to 40k so yes it would be cost efficient to keep that 40 grand plus have the ability to grow faster as u invest that extra 40 grand
