  2. It has a lump sum tax such as Italy and Switzerland meaning that if you're wealthy and are bringing money to the country u can basically negotiate a flat tax if about 100k/200k a year. Sure u'd have to be really wealthy for that. For example if u make a million a year and u pay a flat 200k that's 20% which is pretty low. If u make 2 million that's 10%. U get the idea
