You sound like a socialist.' 'Stop. Just stop. I can't talk to you anymore. You can't be reasoned with. You constantly go off topic with ad hominems. This is why we can't have nice things.' 🤦‍♂️

  27. A lot of Christians are just paranoid and terrified of death. They believe they are saved by grace and so they don't have to follow the teachings of their God. In fact, Catholics and Protestants used to fight over this. Most Protestants believed they were saved by grace alone as long as they believed in Christ and the Catholics thought that was incorrect and persecuted them over it. To this day most Protestants don't really follow the teachings of Jesus since they believe their belief alone saves them. The teachings of Jesus are just suggestions to them. Not even really edicts.

  50. Isaac Newton could have a been a secret atheist just to avoid getting burned at the stake. Galileo was vilified by the Catholic Church. The Church didn't admit Galileo was right until 1992. So it wasn't until the 1990s that the Vatican finally said, "Oh my goodness! The Earth really does revolve around the sun." 😂
