This nation started becoming a third world country well before Trump. The media was just THAT good at hiding it from the great public view. It's amazing what people can ignore until the media tells them what is actually going on in front of their eyes.

It's crazy how delusional these Hollywood-esque scientists like Tyson and Bill Nye can become when you spend 30 years golfing with a bunch of intellectual narcissists. These people live in a huge eco chamber.

Liberals have and always will be a super minority in society. Most people that think they are liberals believe in certain leftist dogmas that have nothing to do with liberalism. Plus, liberals tend to be smarter.

$130 Trillion owed lol

Too late, Americans are never going to go back to working in textiles or manufacturing. We can't even get enough people to drive trucks for $70k a year.

What are you smoking? Liberal Arts majors are the smartest people on earth 🤣.. Obviously!

@palmereldritch7777 I think you're thinking too personally. The conservative ideal that I abhor is that 'everyone can'. It's an ideology I grew up with. You have bell curves of intelligence that basically make 15% of the population (the ones below an IQ of 85) absolutely useless. So you have several options... 1. Let them walk and absorb the fiscal consequences. 2. Use funds from the treasury to afford them a living to minimize damage. 3. Institutionalize or kill them. Obviously, the third option leads to a very pathological natured society. Unfortunately, we have a very different society on a global stage. Intelligence isn't everything, bit it creates unavoidable inequalities in the Western world. Now if your suggesting that all of that care and assistance should fall on the responsibility of the individual, then I would agree. But that ship has LONG sailed.

@palmereldritch7777 My smoke joke wasn't to you btw. Not sure what the Nazis or Trump have to do with any of this. You should read Bell Curve by Charles Murray. It's about 20 years worth of IQ research on a global scale. Though a concern with intelligence research, as thorough as it is, is how it may empower supremacy movements. It's a difficult subject, but affects the world around us nonetheless. Yes, we absorb the fiscal and physical outcomes of an intellect lacking sub class. Maybe not directly through our tax dollars, but we absorb the actions of it. It has nothing to do with having pride over intellect. It's that the lower rungs of society are completely subjected to a limitation and the choices they make because if it. A person with an IQ of 90 has major limitations when it comes to partaking in a constructive society.

@ericm6415 ? Not following the logic... How? There's a difference between working for someone and consistently lying for them.

What the actual fck?

You and everybody else bud. A lot of Republicans are already exhausted from the last 8 years. Haley being his VP will easily wipe out a quarter of all routine voters. They'll stay home and so would I.

Well, it's a Keynesian economy. Printing loads of debt (but not created enough GDP) to follow it leads to price inflation and wage stagnation. Speculation has led to price inflations everywhere. We are slowly turning into a gambling economy.

Not going to happen, they are repulsed by each other.

I really think it's just people. Easy to blame the Democrats because many of them appear insane, but the culture is on the downturn. People are in a state of psychosis.

It boggles my mind how it seems we are legalizing child abuse. It's really no different than the people that think we should lower the voting age. Newsflash, lowering to voting age alters the concept of consent. Age of consent means that mid teens will now have the ability to consent with sex. Imagine how much bigger pornographic industries and trafficking would become if that became a reality. It's one of the more disturbing issues creeping around the corner that nobody talks about..

The current cultural shift and the growth of US liabilities that will NEVER be paid is only enabling the US to go down the path of hyperinflation and then full blown socialism. The moment I realized that conservatives were starting to get mad at grocers and other corporations for the inflationary prices post-Covid; I knew it was over. If the right wingers are willing to vote for more government restrictions on business, then you've just lost your free market. The left and right will fight each other over which big government practice is better lol

History repeats itself because people like to absolve themselves of human nature. The people that claim they are 'incapable' of evil and the most likely people to carry out the deeds. Going forward, pride blinds them from their convictions. Look at Greta Thunberg! If you asked her, "Should you have the ability to stop all fossil fuels with the snap of a finger, would you do it?" She would probably say yes and kill a billion people in the blink of an eye. Elon Musk was asked the same question; he said no. That's a man that sees his shadow.

The problem is that conservative and liberal were NEVER political terms; they've been weaponized to be! They are sects of personality. You cannot 'become' a liberal or conservative; you are born that way. If you are low in openness and high in conscientiousness; chances are you're NOT a liberal.

It's not a matter of utility; it's a matter of culture. Even if we win this in the short run, the culture is still tailing us. People aren't going to get rid of their FB, Amazon Prime, and smartphones. Much less be responsible with them. Freedom has turned into the "right to do" instead of the "responsibility to do". The culture yields to the lowest common denominator. It is pointless to continue rooting for one party or the other. When the rest of Gen X and the Baby Boomers leave the work force and have to be taken care of. The culture will play itself out. We are seeing the very beginning of a cultural shift. This is one of many reasons my wife and I are leaving the Midwest. It's an economic and cultural death trap.

@nutbaridea1097 Did you even watch part 1? It will answer your initial and yet ignorant statement. Have a little humility bud.

@nutbaridea1097 What? That makes no sense.

The biggest problem is that a considerable number of people are in a state of psychosis. It's really a frightening thing to see, even in my own family. I visited my family a few weeks ago and my 19 year old sister asked me a question about Covid. I didn't get two words out before my mother screamed downstairs to get me to stop talking. Mind you I'm 28 and she's an RN of 25 years. She honestly believes that me and my wife are Covid deniers and conspiracy theorists for not getting the shot and not believing the CDC, FDA, AHA on their word. Both my parents mental health has been on serious decline over the last several years. Not sure if that's from Covid hysteria, prescription meds, or both. I conclude all my information from either a published trial or clinical trials from the ASJ with a microscope. What were seeing is NOT the rise of science, but rather religion. Because obeying every order without question from any entity IS religion.

Pretty much! My wife and I got ready because we KNEW what was coming. Lockdowns, Masks, and a willful suppression of evidence and medications to make these suckers a boatload of money and not have to apologize. The ONLY thing that surprised me was how quickly Americans bent over.

All politicians are largely self serving, including DeSantis. Though, I think he has a more altruistic sense than many others.

I think the concern with anti-wokeness is that it is turning into another movement that thrives on virtue signaling and becoming a victim. Wokists thrived on peddling an imaginary oppression that they received over the internet. Anti-wokists are doing the exact same thing in relation to the wokists.

Blame Americans for voting for him; record turn out for voters 18-25. The more people that vote, the more incompetent the people in office become. Voting used to be reserved to the people smart enough to know and care about the issues.
1
Problem is; where is it coming from? Many people point to the Universities, but I think that's a really cheap answer. Sure there are rogue Marxist educators, but for millions of students to feel this this apathy towards white people? I don't buy it. I think it's coming from corporate enterprises. Mixed with the disenfranchisement of the Judeo-Christian base of the United States. This is exactly how Rome fell. It wasn't because the schools of Philosophy radicalized the people. It was because everybody grew complacent. Citizenship meant nothing, religious practices fell into disarray, and people indulged in food/entertainment to their hearts desire. People see the system as a white-Christian nation that can't be relied on anymore. Allowing for anything and everything to fill the void of this disaster. People are tribalizing and turning to random radical ideologies because they feel more meaningful than the current system that is decaying.
