In the context you have provided, if there were models of every colour including black, it would be not be considered blackface as it would not be singling out a single colour. In this case, they are clearly mocking black skin, with the blackface device.

They think they are teaching people about Africa by exploiting a stereotype (because they seem to think all Westerners are ignorant) but that is not what they are doing. They also use the 'N' word in another song of theirs. This makes them racist.

Justin Bieber is not known to want people to discuss the two issues you mentioned so that is beside the point. Find me a video where Die Antwoord state that they want people to discuss the fact that they are racist if you really want to disprove my point.

Even if I was someone who, for instance, has no other experience of this band other than this one video, I would still have made the same comments and I would still say that it is racist, because it is.
