It was stolen from the Clinton crime family and also had Mueller's Uranium One dirty deals in it if I recall correctly. Let us all remember that the Clinton Fund earned something like $100 million with their deal with a Russian company. Uranium One was what caused that stand off with the ranchers because they confiscated their lands to mine American Uranium to be sold to the Russian company. Mueller was the guy who set things up. So the "Russian Collusion" deception was to cover their crimes and misdirect.
