A big part of the reason Mexico is getting stronger is that at these difficult and trying times, with the world coming out of COVID lockdowns and now with the Ucrania war that is effecting the economics in the world, Mexico has been blessed to have “AMLO “ Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador the greatest president in the history of Mexico. I’ve been following and observing him since he became president and I am completely blown away by how much one man can accomplish . I’m 60 yrs old and I’ve seen a lot in my life but I have never seen anyone like AMLO to me he’s somewhat of a magician who can see what’s coming because he’s all many step ahead of the rest a couple of examples how before the pandemic hit he had already started fixing all the broken and abandoned hospitals, a couple a years ago when the barrel of oil was literally worth nothing and everyone thought they should ditch the Petronas system and transition over to electrical cars AMLO went and bought deer park oil refinery in Houston Texas and a soon as he bought it the price of the barrel for oil shot up from 0 dollars to eventually go past the 100 dollars per barrel and how 4 yrs ago he began the construction of pacific to Atlantic Ocean trans corridor which will rival the Panama Canal but he’s going to install mega industrial and manufacturing plants all along the corridor which will be operating this year just in time to take a lot of the manufacturing business away from china, he somehow knew beforehand that there would be an economical war between USA and china and that Mexico could position itself to reap all the benefits of that fall out between those two countries and I could go on and on with these examples. AMLO the greatest president of Mexico history came at just the right time. The Most Highs timing is perfect.

  15. I spent a week in Acapulco, I mainly stayed in the touristy areas but felt completely safe. There are so many wealthy mexicans who go there for vacation, I think if you mind your own business there you are fine.

  20. Essentially I think it’s due to the diligent management of the economy by Mexican president, mixed with opportunities from outside. AMLO did not get more debt; he is fighting corruption head on; he is exposing the dirty acts of blue collar political criminals; he is helping the poorest. He is investing in infrastructure, the youth, agriculture, the elder, security, healthcare, so on and so forth. That’s the foundation or underlying value of the SuperPeso.

  25. I didn't get my passport until I was 40 yrs old, went on my first solo international trip. My family thought I was crazy. Most of them have never lived out of the neighborhood. Ive been encouraging my children and nieces to travel, move, live, learn, grow, make mistakes.

In addition I really love how informative your videos are and how you really try to get to know the history and culture of each place. I just returned to the US this month and I just can't do it!   30. My mother is European desendant, you know, white skin blue eyes, from Michoacan state, but my dad is from Cortijo Oaxaca and is black as he can be... I'm so proud of this mix, that makes me African Mexican somehow... As for Vicente Guerrero; He is the one who ended the war and thanks to him Mexico is Mexico.... PERIOD!

  31. We had only considered Merída in Mexico because of the safety level (we have a young child and a senior parent that would be relocating with us). Then we went for an exploratory trip and found out it was Phoenix AZ hot 🥵, like melt the soles of your shoes hot there. So it wasn’t going to work for everyone. Now it’s just become too expensive to get residency unless we wait for a few yrs to get our financials right. But also my husband is a Colombian national and it’s just less barriers to entry to move to Colombia not to mention we have extended family in Colombia. Mexico is still attractive because of some of the amenities we are used to from the states. But in the moment it feels out of reach. It’s still on the list but it moved to a much lower place on that list for now. Thank you for what you do by brining us this great content❣️

  34. This is very informative and very inspiring. I'm already looking at plane flights to La Paz. I'm well into my 70s, so I have two voices going back and forth. One says I have to be realistic, and look at what will happen as my mental and physical faculties decline, given that I'd be living alone. The other says I need to make the commitment, and get my kropotkin up off the couch and out the door. We'll see which voice wins out. I will be eagerly watching your future videos.

  43. There’s so much more to Panama my home! The places mentioned are fairly new. You should visit the canal, true black Christ and other areas outside of the city. Panama used to be a wonderful place growing up in the 70s and 80s. There were many activities last week celebrating black ethnicity.
