  24. To me somehow David Fincher and Denis Villeneuve come to mind. Both have shown that they are able to create films that are faithful to the source "material" and well researched. They both show great care for detail and accuracy. Villeneuve has done a great job with 'Dune', he has been working on this project since he was a child ostensibly. David Fincher's 'Zodiac' feels like it actually solves the Mystery of the Zodiac killer, it so so well researched.

  30. My choice of Actors for the Roles as I always Imagined was: Napoleon played by Jean Reno or Amalric Gérard as the Older Nepoleon and any young french actor as the young Nepoleon. Louis Cassel as Louis Davout(Nepoleons most trusted commander and the man who actually made Napoleon a success in the battlefield). Sean Bean as the Duke of Wellington for the 2nd or 3rd arc of the movie(cause there is no Napoleon without the Duke) Christopher Walsh as the Prussian commander Blucher.

I know it's slightly off topic from the Holy Roman Empire, but have you given any thought to maybe doing a video (podcast episode) on the late Carolingian Period in West Frankia and/or the early Capetians? I only ask because that topic could just as well be a sequel to the history you've covered on the Frankish Empire as the Ottonians (and Salians) are; plus, around the time you cover the early Hohenstaufens (Conrad III and Frederick Barbarossa), it might not be such a bad idea to have some context for the rising power to their west (under Louis VII and Phllip II).
